Each Person is a Practitioner

Each step on the path to liberation is a return to oneself. The path to liberation lies not in the destination, but in each mindful moment. A practitioner does not seek liberation outside, for the light of enlightenment is always within the heart. Walk as if each step is a prayer leading you to freedom. Liberation is letting go of all bonds, including the notion of self. Each person is a practitioner, and each day is a chance for enlightenment. Suffering is not an enemy but a teacher on the path to liberation. A true practitioner dares to face the darkness within their heart. Liberation is not escaping the world but living fully with mindfulness.
