Read and Write does not work well and it is in the way all the time.

What a disappointment! You'd think that a company like Google could make an app that worked the way it was advertised... or at least open at every attempt. Honestly, given the choice between this app and learning how to read and write yourself, I'd encourage you to just learn how to read and write yourself.

I got this extension added by school policy years ago, and now cannot access the history of my google docs. It's a useless extension with no place on my toolbar, and I can't remove it. I hate this extension.

I used to like this app until it stopped working on every website. I've tried deleting and reinstalling it and its still not working

Forcibly installed on my school computer, and the privacy policy is absolutely garbage. While probably a legal form of spyware, this is still spyware.

The free version is unreliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Awful. I don't want it and cannot uninstall it. It has slowed down my entire computer. It's terrible. No AI benefit at all.

Often doesn't open. The only function that somewhat works is the read aloud. Predictive text, picture dictionary, etc etc are all grayed out. Not helpful or reliable for accessibility.

I was so excited when a colleague told me about this as I thought it would be very helpful with my university readings! Unfortunately the extension doesn't work very well at all on a windows computer using Google Chrome. It doesn't always open and when it does open it won't read the PDF document I have open. I am also unable to highlight PDF documents. Maybe it works well for documents from google drive but it doesn't work for websites :(

This extension is absolutly useless, I attempted to get it working for online classes and the extension does not even open, does not communitcate with the computer at all. If you really want the highlights, print off the work, if you really want the drone voice, just get the "Read Aloud" extension instead

Randomly pops up and gets in the way when I don't want it. I have looked everywhere and can't find an easy way to remove this.

This app is required by my school district, but it is playing havoc with Canvas, which is also required by my school district. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Unfortunately it is not working on Microsoft Edge. It is downloaded, but nothing happens when clicked.
