Not fitting my needs and settings don't resolve my issue where I don't want to see a preview of my email contents. I tried disabling preview but it's not working. I have "Email preview" disabled. Uninstalled.

The extension sometimes has bugs, some more severe than others but the developer is very proactive reaching out and trying to fix them. HOWEVER - the extension skin is now way too bulky and with different contrast and colors (all white), affecting readability. Please add a way to switch back to the previous more compact interface (i am using 10 accounts) And please do not suggest paying to use skins, as i will certainly not pay to regain a lost functionality. EDIT: seems i can't even add and use a skin of my own without paying. Because of this i am dropping the review rating to 1 star. You changed the skin to a terrible one and i have to pay to use a custom one or the old one. This is forced UX degradation and forced monetization. Unacceptable. EDIT2: Forced UX degradation for monetization is not respectful either. What should motivate me to give more stars? The current skin is not an improvement. The option to switch to the old skin does not exist and custom skins (even own skins) are locked behind a paywall. You permanently removed a feature users were accustomed to, with a downgrade. - PS: Even the first comment on your "modern look" forum thread says the new skin is ugly and universally loathed. In fact, there are multiple comments like that. You should reassess the situation.

It was perfect, but now there is no voice notification. I have tried everything including re-installing it, but I can't make it work any more. It beeps, but there is no voice.

It broke mu nerves - it chrash all the time and force me to restart the browser ! I am done with it - uninstall !

This extension ALWAYS has issues. Will not populate existing unread emails, constantly errors out, and so many more issues. This is just not it...

I have been using it for many years, but The function to set notifications for a specific "label" in "real time" does not work at all, which is very troubling. What should I do?

This extension is so buggy that I am coming back a year later to knock another star off. It is a worthless piece of junk if you EVER have multiple email accounts on your PC... which most of us do. It repeatedly signs into the wrong account when you hit "Go to Inbox." You might think that removing those other accounts from the tracker will make it pull up the right account. But no... it STILL pulls up the Inbox for accounts that AREN'T EVEN ON IT'S ACCOUNT LIST! This thing is terrible. I have been having issues with it for over a year, and they still aren't resolved. Ugh... I hope no one donates to this garbage.

I am using it for more than 5 years. From yesterday onwards, when I read/delete emails not reflected. Please fix it. I will review again here after fixing it. Thank you very much for such a great plugin that help me for many years.

it looks like a virus when I click on the notification and a website open on Edge browser , making the browser losed in control.

I will withdraw this review or convert it to the correct number of stars when I understand how I am getting this and how to use it. When I relaunched Google to install an update this appeared in a new windows. I don't recall every installing the extension although I suppose it's possible I forgot. Reading the info page I don't get enough to know whether it is active and how to use it's feature. Is there a tutorial anywhere? I am very sorry for posting this as a one-star review and I repeat that I will change and withdraw it. This seemed like the only way to get my questions answered.

For some reason it stopped working in Google Chrome. And Google Chrome is not updated due to the presence of Windows 8.1. The application worked successfully for many years. You could leave this app unchanged and you could develop a new one for Windows 10+...

Out of the blue, cannot use with Windows 7.

The extension works, but has "CORRUPTED" according to Google-Chrome with this warning, " This extension may have been corrupted." -and GOOGLE DISABLED it. This occurred 2 times in 2 weeks. IDK if "corruption" means danger. So goodbye. 😢

Doesn't work even after force latest update. Messages that were read appear again and again. Impossible to use now, trying to find analogue as this is already about month it doesn't work as expected.

Once again, support for Windows 7 has stopped. Have you been bribed by Google to stop supporting Windows 7 ? HAHA . If Chrome forces us to change from Windows 7 to Windows 10, this will never happen. Why do you want to force a change on us? It will not be of any benefit to you, and why do you even care about this subject?

Used to be fantastic. Now it's an error-riddled mess demanding I sign in constantly even though I JUST DID THAT, and oh, error reading emails! Oh, sign in again! I'll be removing this, after having used it happily for years.

I don't know what was screwed up (because it worked fine before). But now every few minutes I get an sound alert about new mail, but no mail comes. This is annoying. I'm turning it off for now, if this continues I'll have to remove this extension.

I loved this extension but it's no longer working. I get this error "Uncaught Error: trans abort: DataError: Failed to read large IndexedDB value" I tried re-installing chrome but it's still not working.

It stopped working. I can open the tab up, but whenever I click on a button nothing happens. It logged me out of all my emails, and whenever I click the button to add a new email it doesn't do anything. The other buttons don't work either. Please advise, either on how to fix it or an alternative app. Because I've come to realise how much I depend on this tool now. I especially liked how it would give you a pop-up when you get a new email.

Used to love it so much. And there is new feature regards to shortcut key. WHO uses the letter C to make the shortcut for compose? Took me a week to find out what's wrong with my computer when I press Ctrl+C for copying a text.

Loads one thread of CPU to max in idle. I'm not sure what's going on, but disabling that extension removed the load, so beware people! Uninstalling.

This extension does notify me when someone opens and reads the email I sent to them so this extension is a waste of space on my computer and I deleted it immediately .

Constant "error with last action".

Was amazing honestly when it worked. Now you have to re-grant access to every single one of your account every couple hours making it practically worthless now. Please fix? Used it for 3 years and it made life so much easier >.> I really don't want to go back to manually checking my emails...

Stopped Working This worked fine for a while and then just stopped working. I does not perform its core function of notifying my of new mail, a job it was never more than mediocre at, but at least it sort of worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing.

how can i vanish the spam and social emails? I have around 11k emails from spam and social and i dont want this extesion shows the spams and social email. If u can help me with this ill change the opinion to 5 starts.
