RightInbox: Email Reminders, Tracking, Notes

I just realized after the last few emails I sent and asked for them to be tracked for clicks and opens, I never got any notifications. =/ That's why I downloaded this extension for that purpose, and it doesn't work. I'm glad I wasn't paying for it, and it didn't perform. Will not recommend. I also notice it lags and the send later function didn't send at all. I scheduled a message to send, and it just sat there for days. Silly me thinking that something I used to automate the message sending process was to work as described, so silly.

I’ve been a client of theirs for many years, and for the most part, the service worked fine. However, there was one instance when it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to them about it, and their only response was that they had been receiving similar complaints from other customers but still didn’t have a resolution. They also admitted they didn’t know what was causing the issue. Out of frustration, I decided to cancel the service. What made it worse was that I had just been billed for a one-year subscription in March, and the issue started in April. That means I would be wasting 11 months’ worth of payment. I sent them several emails asking if I could at least get a pro-rated refund, considering I’ve been a loyal client for many years. Unfortunately, I never received any response. In the end, I had no choice but to switch to another provider.

This worked for like a month and then when I go to send e-mails they go into drafts even when I hot send now. The tracking does not show up all the time. It is time to remove from CPU.

Cannot get tracking of emails to work. Instructions - where are they? The video trying to explain is very poor. I have given up and removed!

Tested on a recipient on my University's mail system (webmail.cs.hacettepe.edu.tr) and didn't detect that it was opened.

Avoid at all costs, when sending an email and tracking opens, all images and file links are broken and won't show. Even then it doesn't tell you whether someone has opened the email. Of course this could get fixed in the near future but as of January 2025, this extension is absolutely useless.

NEVER sign up for the paid version!!! Unscrupulous recurring billing. No letter of upcoming billing NO invoice No access to an account to see what is being billed and when No ability to remove a credit card from the account as you as the customer cannot see you account or check what information they have on you. And when you discover you have been charged, a day or 2 later - too late for a refund. This is the worst consumer practice I have ever experienced. The company should be shut down. STAY AWAY FROM GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! SHAME ON YOU RIGHTINBOX!

Its not working since a few days. i cant even go to the site as it gives ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, tried some fixes but its not working.

First, the free version is useless based on the number of times you can use it. Second, and lastly, it does not work if mail is sent to a mail management program (Mail App on iPhone). Figuring out how to integrate with mail managed outside its website should have been at the forefront of development and not released until that was completed.

This tool totally screwed me. Needed it to send an important legal doc and it didn't track the send because one of the email addresses bounced. There were six email addresses in the email. Now I can't see any of them. Totally screwed me.

It just killed my format for important mail Removed image i attracted. Unicode tamil font turned to russia font. Bold text turned *text*. Just trash don't use if you want save your format.

Only gives you 5 emails per month... Then asks you to pay. How about you prove your the value of your SaS, before asking for anyone's money.

Formatting totally messed up when sending

Was a decent app for awhile and even subscribed to the service as it provided the basics for what I needed. All of sudden just stopped working with no notification from the developer. I'll give it a day or two, but will plan to cancel subscription if they don't communicate something.

POOR so far - just paid for it 4 hours ago and still not working! Asked several times. SAD!

They are asking to pay for everything which is unfair and also their Mail Merge doesn't work at all

I installed this to set up recurring emails. They don't tell you until after installation that that will cost $8 a month - but they get access to read all of your email! For that kind of access, the service should be free. Or if I'm paying, they shouldn't get to access my email content.

Unfortunately I have changed to Rightinbox 1 month ago. Since from the beginning I have had to wait for 1 week before the subscription would have been activated, the there has been another problem (the reminder not workin properly). I wrote more that 10 emais to support@rightinbox.com and Conner very kindly always replied to me that I had wait. Now after one month I have decided to uninstall even if I have padi 94 USD. Really money wasted.

Completely bugged. No invoice, no support, caused issues in my inbox that until now can't be fixed. Avoid at all cost.

So far, so bad on the mail merge feature. Right Inbox hasn't yet made my life easier, only more frustrated.

Bugged out and got my gmail account suspended for up to 24 hours... thanks!

Installed for 5 minutes. Couldnt find the only thing I wanted from this (delete attachment) but it tried to add subtext to my emails. Useless.

I just downloaded your extension and I have received 3 marketing message pop ups while I am writing emails. This is not how you use your access to my email. Asking me to rate a service in under an hour of use is not how you build a customer relationship.

The Program does not work for the purpose I purchased it--i.e. to track opens and clicks on emails I send. I tried to work with their technical support team but they do not have phone support and they only try to solve the problems by email. I repeatedly asked for a screen share and they refused. I was unable to see the attachments I would attach to emails I sent with tracking enabled. Hopefully other people don't have to go through this with them..

Worthless! I paid for the personal version which it billed annually all at once, but the service does not work. I have tried following the instructions and clicking mail merge but it wants me to pay again! There is apparently no way to call anyone by phone, and as of two days ago they have not replied to my support email. Further, now even my regular emails do not get sent without a hassle. Various messages pop up and I have to go to my drafts folder and hit send over and over. Totally infuriating!

Literally the thing advertised it does for free is not free. I am willing to pay for this type of service but because of the fact that they straight up lied about their product I will not be using this. Don't download this unless you want to allow an untrustworthy company to access your Google account.

Just gets in the way of sending e-mails immediately as it "schedules" e-mails to be sent. Useless App - deleting and removing now!

Disgusting app. It leaves a signature which says "Sent with Right Inbox" at the bottom of the email and violates your privacy. Secondly, this tool even has right to delete all your emails permanently makes no sense to have this right at all. I'm going to report this chrome extension as harmful and request others to uninstall and report it at earliest for the permanent removal.

Terrible, I don't recommend it and I wasted money paying for a month's subscription. The plutin is very heavy (even on a notebook with 32GB + i7 12370H + Nvidia RTX3050TI), it crashes all the time, loses login and needs to reconnect with every browser restart. "Send Now" button does not send emails on time, causing a lot of delay in delivery and requiring multiple clicks to work. Also, as already commented by others here the functionality of "Track" and "Click Links" is not reliable. I really expected more from a plugin that appears to be beautiful and visually pleasing, but when it's time to use it's terrible. Grade zero.

For a free tool this is not useful for sending recurring emails as you can only label something a recurring but cannot actually get it to be recurring unless you pay. You can schedule emails and send attachements through gmail normally. The free version does not do much to enhance your ability to send emails. Avoid unless you are willing to pay.

Right Inbox couldn't even pass the simple test I gave it. I sent two email to two other accounts. After 2 hours, the emails still had not arrived. The next day they had still not arrived. After deleting Right Inbox, my email delivery went back to normal. Do not assume that this product will work. Test it before you have to depend upon it.

It's been a year and they have not solved a simple issue. I am facing an issue which is when I send an email it is going in draft rather than sent items. I have sent emails to their support many times, but they just say "Sorry, we are working on it". Please don't waste your time and money on this.

If you want your email to be seen as JUNK well this is the right place, as soon as you enable tracking your emails are guarantee to go straight to the junk folder. What a joke I just switch over to Gmail so all of my customer will receive my email well this dose the opposite.

The pop-ups are terrible. Extremely annoying and too often. The interface is also kinda clunky.

The person who runs this extension is nothing more than CON ARTIST and SPAMER. He'll send you SPAM, SPAM, and more SPAM, even if you delete the extension and remove permissions from your google account he'll steal your email and will keep sending you SPAM. There is no choice to unsubscribe from his emails.

Absolutely horrible. First of all this extention asks for information it doesn't even need in the first place to work. Secondly, it opens mail in a new tab at times, because why wouldn't it. When I try to write a mail, it tries to close my gmail constantly, making me have to click "cancel", sometimes misclicking to "leave" and making a mail that should be written in a minute last at least 5.

we strongly do not recommend. The inbox is slower and often does not work.

Misleading options; have to install to find out that recurring emails (which are implied to be included in the free plan) are not.

Right Inbox will automatically renew your subscription, charge your account -all without notifying you. Then they will refuse to give you a refund when you notice it. On the initial receipt they do not make it clear that they will automatically renew your subscription, which is against the FTC's Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). Furthermore, they don't notify customers when their account is about to be charged for renewal, nor do they send a receipt after renewal. When I contacted them asking for a refund because I didn't realize it would be automatically renewed, they refused - citing their terms of service, which state: "We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent." They are literally an email productivity company. Why do they not send their customers an email notifying them of an upcoming renewal/charge??? When my refund was denied, I asked to speak with management to explain all of this, and was denied. I was simply told that my request for refund had been denied again.

I'm sure it is a decent app if you pay for it, but why would I want to close out a pop up window every single time I refresh my inbox? NAH.
