UGS is a CRM Integration platform providing database driven screen pops. The UGS app integrates with back-office applications using APIs. By leveraging APIs the UGS extension will search any internal database a present the findings in a new window. The UGS app also recognizes any phone number presented in Google Chrome and transforms it into a clickable link for seamless click to dial.
