I used primelister for almost 2 years. I am not joking when I say I have over 100 emails sent to them letting them know of error after error. They constantly make terrible updates that change the functionality of the extension. I am writing this review to warn people of a serious error that they are unable to fix. If you use the RELISTING feature it will not work properly. It will upload pictures from one listing and put them on another listing by mistake. I sent them over 30 examples with links of this happening. After spending over a month going back and forth with them trying to fix the bug they message me telling me it was fixed. I tried to use it again and it jumbled the photos again. This same back and forth of them telling me it was fixed and me trying again to use it happened multiple times. EVERY TIME IT HAS FAILED TO WORK! After a month of this I told them to just cancel my account. The service DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY! And the icing on the cake..... THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME! THE SERVICE DOES NOT WORK! THIS WAS PROVEN TO THEM OVER AND OVER! THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX THE BUG ON THEIR END. AND THEN WHEN I ASKED TO BE REFUNDED THEY SIMPLY IGNORED MY EMAIL! SO BE WARNED - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT WILL JUMBLE UP ALL OF YOUR LISTINGS CREATING A TON OF EXTRA WORK HAVING TO GO BACK AND CHECK ALL OF YOUR LISTINGS AND CORRECT THE PHOTOS THAT THEY JUMBLED UP. NOT TO MENTION THAT YOU RISK GETTING WARNINGS ON ANY ACCOUNT YOU USE THEIR SERVICE ON FOR THE WRONG PHOTOS SHOWING UP ON A LISTING THAT DOESNT MATCH THE TITLE. For example. I will list a necklace for sale. I will use their relisting service. When it relists the necklace it will appear with photos from another listing like a pair of earrings or a necklace. They do not stand by their service. Its one thing if you just apologize and say we are unable to solve your issue and because of this we will refund you for the inconvenience. But instead they will just ignore you. DO NOT PUT YOUR ACCOUNT AT RISK OF GETTING BANNED BY USING THIS EXTENSION!

this will be my last "try" at this website. The website goes down EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. and the customer service is useless. I wasnt able to cross-post to Ebay, and after FOUR different people, they all said "well maybe update and try again" What was the fix? i had not selected to allow access to ebay when i first signed up. Should have been known by them, but instead I had to figure that out myself. I've now been trying to login for FORTY FIVE minutes and i am about to cancel all together seeing as my next payment is in 2 days. What a joke.

I used this extension a few times until it completely deleted all the likes and comments from my existing listing. I screen recorded the issue to the company but I didn't hear a response. It is actually devastating because my listing had so many likes and comments now I am slowly building my engagement up again. I am hesitant to give them a second chance.

I have been using it for over a year. It is unlimited on the items you can relist so really like that. You can also crosslist really fast. It is worth it as long as their site is not suddenly down and you cannot talk to anyone on weekends. I think they can do better for the fee they charge.

Sadly this extension didn't help me. I was looking for something that could save me time in cross-listing between platforms. This extension can only copy and pre-fill a few fields. It didn't copy over pictures, didn't copy descriptions, and I had to edit most fields so much that this extension does not save me any time in cross-listing. It seems to have a lot of other good features and good documentation, but the one feature I needed wasn't good.
