the worst dialer i've ever seen.... always kept ringing in the backround with the annoying sounds, doesn't load the profile at time gotta refresh powerlist to get the crm profile, doesn't show profiles of the inbound and outbond calls... the dialer gets paused everysingle time while getting an inbound calls.. doesn't give any kind of alert sounds when the call is connected or disconnected they just keep ranging sound on which is annyoing assf.. disposition also do have alot of issues... get glitched every single time.. whenever the call get connected the logo where it shows thet the call is connected it shows tht i got disconnected... and the support team.??? they never responsive... it's the shittiest dialer i've ever seen... i won't prefer this dialer to anyone not even to my enemies.. i would rather use RingCX or Readymode far better dialer... better then kixie... kixie is the shitties peace on the living world i've ever seen...

Complete disaster, does not dial - keeps giving "activate api" error, support team is completely unresponsive for days. "Captcha" bug on sign in as well.

This is AWFUL. Absolutely terrible software Absolutely terrible, janky software that should not even be in beta. Their compliance tools simply do not work. I was told that they would not prioritize fixing it because it wasn't "worth it" to them. The moblile app is completely non-functional and hasn't been updated in years. I do not know how these people can even continue to sell this product. If you want a soft phone solution that works, do not use Kixie.

The features of the dialer are good, but the bugs are quite frustrating. It's very slow, and sometimes it fails to populate the leads' information even when they answer. The call quality is poor, with a lot of static, and the line frequently cuts in and out, making it sound robotic. However, when I listen to the recordings, everything seems fine. During phone calls, the leads often can't hear me because of the constant disruptions on both ends. I've been using this software for months and haven't seen any improvements, even after trying it on a different PC. As a result, I've lost a lot of deals because of these issues. I would not recommend this software to anyone. Additionally, it doesn't have the capability to filter out voicemails, which is a significant drawback. I've used other software that performs much better than this one.

Constantly signs me out for no reason. Very annoying and it causes me to miss calls.

Very surprised by all the 5 star reviews given my experience using Kixie. Constant dropped calls, randomly having no sound come through, leads saying I sound very quiet or not being able to hear me at all, being "available" and suddenly having a voicemail appear without a single ring... I'm uninstalling and re-downloading this app at least twice a week. It's not good.

Great job on the FAKE 5-star reviews Kixie! If you want to constantly hear "I can't hear you... It seems like you are far away", or don't mind connection issues, or fine with deleting and re-installing every 2 weeks and useless support, feel free to sign up for one of the worst ever calling platforms. This platform single handed ruined so many leads for me.

All the recent 5 stars are fake. I just had to re-install the extension for the 100th time for it to work. I didn't bother asking the cusotmer service this time, I knew the answer already..."restart your router".

Connection issues, Horrible support that blames your network every single time even though I send them screenshots of 800/mbs download speed. The extension stops working every other week and you have to re-install it. User experience and design of the extension is horrible. You can't hide the unnecessary filters and they take so much of your screen. Things pop-up on top of each other and you constantly have to close stupid tabs. I never wrote a negative feedback for any platform but the level of support and how they didn't do anything for months to at least make connections stable made me do this. You deserve it Kixie!

This technology is trash. Constantly freezes and crashes. The call recording quality is terrible. We've had it now for several months and I can't wait to replace it. There HAS to be a better performing software in this space.

I have worked in sales for 7 years, this is the WORST dialer I have ever used. Integration is terrible texting is terrible the texts are out of order, they don't come in with out closing and re opening the app, you cant send emojis or photos via text... you cant plan times for texts be sent in the future.. I get missed calls all the time and it crashes once a week.. I doing everything I can to get my team as far away from this as possible. DO NOT USE. - That is just the tip of the iceberg my friends.. its trash

This dialer should be avoided. We have been using Kixie for several months. Our first thought was that we had resolved our issues with the previous dialer we were using. Due to a variety of bugs, crashes, audio issues, and more, we have recently decided to discontinue using Kixie. We feel we have been scammed by this service, and they are refusing to allow us to finish our quarter of service and we are no longer able to login to our account.

We have been a long long time paid user and promoter of Kixie recommending it to multiple sources. However... Kixie v2.0 is as broken as a shattered piece of glass. We have been on with their support countless times, sent logs, adjusted setting, reset everything, uninstall and reinstall, and literal months of troubleshooting... And yet it's still broken. Just a handful of the issues my team are experiencing, and this is scratching the surface: • Kixie extension randomly crashes • Extension won't open infinite loading screen - Only fix we've found is to completely un(re)install it! • 'EVERY' single time (100% repeatable) take/make a call or open Kixie, all audio and font size settings reset • Calls will randomly drop for no reason • Hogging a huge amount of resources, CPU and RAM causing high end systems to chug • Not playing any sound when a call comes in • Showing that you're connected to a call... but there is no call connected • A call comes in but you can't answer it because the previous call outcome dialogue box is blocking it • Signs you out a couple of times a day • App hasn't frozen but yet it requires 10 to 20 clicks for a key or anything to register you clicked it • Showing you as Muted when you're actually not • You click on a number, click send SMS, type the SMS, click send... and it sends to another number To their credit they have admitted they know there are a huge number of issues and they are working on them, however, it's been a few months with multiple updates and only a couple of things have improved, and none of the big Issues. Therefore, sadly after many years we are pretty much done.

I have had kixie for two years. I thought I did the proper research being places like state farm us it. but this extension is absolute trash. the company is worse. when u ask for support they claim it is human error when it is not. landlines cant call the voip numbers and its BS complete waste of money i regret and cant wait till our contract is up cuz our firm is out of there!

No Support for Chromebooks Downloaded the chrome extension on chromebook and never notified me of incoming calls. Talk to a rep and he mentioned there is a known bug from Kixie on chromebooks.

Tried really hard to use this... Too many updates come out with gliches! Changing to RingCentral

works about 50% of the time, often have to uninstall and reinstall the chrome extension as the Power Call software will randomly freeze up after hanging up from a call and then attempting to place another one. If you need a phone system on a budget, then I guess this is the one for you, but wouldn't recommend if you can afford a little better.

The app for iphone sucks needs to be able to get calls as they come in through the app for nomad workers

Customer service is slow. Power dialer randomly stops working for hours on end.

Super buggy...most of the time

Has some good functionality for a team, my issue with it is that the app is not reliable. Constant audio issues including the call audio not coming through at least once a day. Hard to have a conversation with someone you can't hear. Also, support agents are very slow, you can tell they are chatting with about 10 people at once. Also they aren't helpful. I won't be renewing my contract.

Avoid if you can. My headset works with every app on this planet, except for Kixie. Used to work great. With recent app versions it's been going from bad to worse

We've used Kixie for about a month now with our company and it is subpar. Several times where you try to answer a call, and no one is there. Or you simply cannot answer it because it no longer shows the call yet you can still hear it ringing in. Absolutely not what was to be expected.

Quite often will not connect to calls, and also doesn't ring on laptop reliably. Overall its not a great tool at all.
