Docusign eSignature for Chrome

Garbage app, data collection to be sold straight to scammers, and to top it off you can only sign 3 documents. Why is this scamapp in the chrome store.

For some reason you have to make an account just to sign a pdf? One that requires you to provide both an email and a phone number, so that's obviously going straight to spam providers. After I begrudgingly obliged, it said my phone number isn't valid so I could never proceed. Good stuff. I'm tempted to write an open source pdf signer just to put an end to all this rubbish.

I enjoy using the Docusign service overall, but this browser extension requires me to log in every single time I want to use it. That defeats the purpose of having a browser extension, a convenience that makes my workflow more efficient. I don't even bother using the extension if I have to log into the website anyway. This is on the PC version. On the Mac version, it keeps you logged in, which is, I think, the point.

OK, it's probably great, but I'm using Edge and it just doesn't play well with Edge.

I paid $132.30 to sign five documents. Now docusign wants me to pay 200+ for my 6th document. The service is not worth it- Use Adobe. Better service, better function.

Can't even sign a W-9 emailed to me; I click the DocuSign icon and a window pops up and give me the hourglass... I wait... and wait...

I CAN'T EVEN VIEW THE DOCS I'VE SIGNED. SOMEONE HAS MANAGED TO MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVAGATE YOUR WEB PAGE. I'M 74 AND THIS IS THE FIRST WEB PAGE THAT I'M UNABLE TO NAVAGATE. GIVING YOU A ONE STAR RATING, I FEEL THAT I HAVE OVER RATED YOU.

Useless as doesn't recognise any of the passwords i use for my google accounts. Deleted.

I tried to download my document with signatures and it would not show up. Also, I emailed myself my document with the signatures and it replaced the signature with my address. Not helpful.

paid the 35 dollar plan which include more than 5 envelopes to send but for some reason i can send no more than 5. feel that was giving the stater plan which is 15 when i paid 35 unbelievable. calling to support for explanation and canceling my plan and hopefully my money back

Docusign, I have been using the Gmail plugin for now quite a while, it stopped working 6 weeks ago. I reported twice the issue, no replies from your customer service.... Doesn't Work. Email Address is accepted to login, then after clicking continue - I get an error saying 'BAD REQUEST' So some server-side issue.

No easy way to upload a signature. Impossible to close account despite an extensive search. Always being redirected to the "How to close an account section" which states that you can edit your plan (which is freemium). But unfortunatly no such options exists.

Worked great and was very convenient however gmail attachments haven't been working for a couple months now. After using the extension to sign a doc the doc isn't attached to the email. What's worse is you can't even manually attach it to an email after that. Hopefully they will fix it because it was a great app.

This extension has been unusable for all chrome users for two months, I still waiting for a promised fix. I bought DocuSign for this extension, I only got one week's uses out of it. I guess its back to slower Adobe sign.

It needs a lot of work. You should be able to add or delete mistakes and it's impossible

Does not load signed doc in gmail reply emails any more. This bug has existed for past couple months at least and no fix yet.

Half of the time, when I try to download or print my document, some of the data I entered, including my signature, is missing. The feature that automatically drafts an email with the document attached does not work at all (missing attachment). My configuration is nothing special - running the latest version of Chrome on OSX High Sierra. Such basic functionality should not be so riddled with bugs. Once you have fixed them, please work on improving your clunky user interface. Thank you.

worked great for a while but now when i click finish it does not send an email reply with the document attached. instead i receive a separate email with a link to the attachment.

No longer works with Gmail, it opens and lets you sign but then there is no attachment. I opened a ticket but their fix did not work.

I wish it worked otherwise it would be great. I always get a blank popup screen

Just added docSign last evening and got to use it this afternoon. So easy! And,I was able to sign itmyself by writing on my monitor screen. This is so helpful.

this is to hard to get it very complicate it.

Didn't work for me. When I click on a document to sign and select "only me" I get a spinner indefinitely and it never opens.

Was looking forward to using this extension to save time working with documents directly from my Gmail but I cannot get it to work. I simply get the progress "wheel" that never stops spinning. Very frustrating! I'm using the latest version of Chrome. Please fix asap.

Just doesn't work for me! It's a shame as I was looking forward to use it but it doesn't let me register pretending I already have an account... :(

Since an update around July, this extension no longer works and just serves to tease me as the button is there, but all I get is an error.

Does not update with pending signature requests in real time. It's faster for me to log into the website directly.

For some reason the icon now has an error when opening. I have to manually type in the link. When it's working properly, it's great. I'll update when they get this problem fixed.

Worked great for a long time. Now, when I click the docusign icon on a gmail attachment, I get the following error "Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension". I have deleted every single extension, uninstalled and reinstalled chrome and then only added this single extension and I still get the error.

When signing a document that was sent to me and only requires my signature, the extension brings me back to my email so that I can forward the signed document as an attachment, but it often (frequently) fails to attach the signed document and recipients often say there was nothing attached. So, like others have already stated, automatic attachment in Gmail has stopped working for some reason. Makes extension less useful.

It doesn't save a copy/attachment in outgoing emails, just sends a link to induce the recipient to have to sign up - very gimmicky. Lame. Just want something free and simple, how hard can that be?

very handy, easy to use however, it doesn't automatically add the signed document to my replying email for some reason.

It does't alway work and sometimes it opens up docusign with no document in it (it didn;t bring it over) and you back click in your browser and try it again to get it to populate. Its also very slow. Easier to download sometimes and upload to docusign.

I was pretty excited at first at the prospect of being able to sign documents just for myself for free. But my experience with DocuSign has not been good. First off, I signed up with Google, but when I clicked to sign a PDF from Gmail, there is no option to sign in with a Google account. So after 15 minutes of searching, I figured out how to add a password to my account to login. Then, even though I can clearly see my signature and initials saved in my preferences, when I click the signature or initials buttons when signing a PDF, my saved entries are not there. I can only upload them again. It feels like the product is a bunch of separated pieces jimmy-rigged together. Really wish everything worked more smoothly, as the product is simple, free, and looks professional.

When I went to use the extension it would not work or load up for me to use my signature. There is an error message.

I always have the same problem as Sam McGrath. Fix it and make it understandable for us non-tech people.

Doesn't work as expected. Once a document is signed the automatic email that's created for the reply does NOT contain the signed doc.

It used to work well, but not if I sign a doc myself in GMAIL, most of the time it does not attach the final signed doc back into the email.

Useful tool but need to work on speed and some inconvenience.

Doesn't always send a copy back to sender.

Good but could be so much better and easier.
