I’m not the type of person who usually leaves reviews, especially negative ones, but this situation really pushed me to speak up. I purchased Group Funnels back in 2021 for $297 with Lifetime Access, and it worked great for years - until now. I went to use the extension recently and was told my email is invalid. I reached out to support, and they informed me that in order to continue using the product I already paid for, I now have to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription, at the exact same price I already paid for "lifetime" access. I run a business too and completely understand the need to evolve and cover costs. But this is not the way to treat paying customers. Removing access from legacy users who were promised lifetime access and forcing them into a new pricing model, with no alternative, is a terrible business practice. I still have my original receipt. Nothing in it mentioned that "lifetime" meant "until we decide to change our pricing." If they want to launch a 2.0 version as a subscription, that's fine - but they should have kept the original version active for people who supported them early on. Or at the very least, offered a significant discount to legacy users. I liked the product. But I can't trust a company that goes back on its word. Be warned: "lifetime" apparently means just a few years with this company.

The type of company that offers you a life-time subscription, then says 'lol jk pay us that same amount every year to maintain access, didn't you read the fine print? hahaha'. Not to be trusted. If you're going to sign up for a subscription-based software for such a basic thing like harvesting data from Facebook groups, just pick a different one that doesn't lie to you to get your business.

A catastrophically horrible software!!! It does NOT work as it is supposed to, and the customer service is horrrible. the software is full of bugs +++++ HORRIBLE do not believe all the hyped reviews, a nightmare to use
