The free version worked the first time, now it keeps saying I have used the daily quota and doesn't work. Useless.

Doesn't work. It's a scam. It only displays a safety suggestion page blackmailing you into paying a subscription without proving it actually does anything besides stealing your data!

Doesn't work, no matter what it always says no messages and no attachments found.

this service worked only once and that was the free option, but once I paid for the service it froze up and never worked again, it also charged me the monthly rate and I can't get a refund. Additionally the search parameters don't work. in my case I set it for 9/3/2025 to 10/22/2025 and it only went as far back as 9/18/2025. Save your money and the stress of getting ripped off!

It does not work for even once. You can't buy what you can't try. Also, no one should ever have to sign-up for a subscription model. This is practically a robbery. I can't imagine someone paying $8 plus tax per month. In just 10 years, they would have paid around $1,000.

hard to use, and when I click exported it sends me to this site instead of doing what its supposed to do.

Warning! Do NOT use this extension – especially the paid version! I paid for the yearly subscription, but the extension still says I’ve reached the limit and asks me to upgrade again. I did NOT get what I paid for. This is unacceptable – no support, no fix, and no access to the premium features. It feels like a scam. Stay away and don’t waste your money!

It seems on the files batch download that you cannot pick different media from different pages, and it seems the maximum media per export is only 12. If otherwise please reply.

Doesn't export full logs, only up to 5,000 messages.

doesn't work, directions clear as mud, don't understand what its even askign. What log? where? why doesn't it accept the dates? I have the chat I want open so why is it not working?

It's not working for me. tried on all sort of channels and it's a not. It does not event say the name of the channel after #. Followed instructions by the book.

Can only download the latest 1000 messages. Also, it can read whatever's on your screen on aliyuncs.com, facebook.com, pinterest.com, reddit.com, and twitter.com

Not working

Only downloads the 1000 most recent chats in a given server. I have chats going back to 2017, and this is not even close to being enough.

Nothing shows up when I click the button and I'm on the discord site

It won't allow me to export. It would have been fine if it asked me to give a positive review. I dont have a facebook account and I don't want to spam random google chrome plugins on twitter just to use a plugin.

Can't export a group of file. Can't select all the file in one time (limited at 12 file per pages), the file don't show with their real name, and... The batch export does not work, only one file exported at a time ! This extension don't do their job.

Not working. Regardless of what date interval I choose in the chat export, it always says "No results found, please change the start and end time".

I was loving it. Could export everything over within seconds up until a week ago or so. Now its completely non functional and I get "session timed out" no matter how I try using it. Devs, pretty please fix this. It was a godsend.

Encountered a bug: If you have multiple channels with the same names (in different groups of channels) the extension will only ever download from the one highest in the list. There is no way to tell it to pick another. Slightly annoying. old: The extension now fully work, including the button to select, but the dev now locked the download behind a subscription. I get wanting reward for your work, really, but I despise subscriptions because of how they're now everywhere and getting shoved down our throats. A one-time payment (even a big one) would have sit better with me. I'm not even saying to only offer the one time payment, could have been a choice between both a subscription OR the one time payment for exemple.

It appears to copy the chat logs correctly when using HTML but it appears that there are errors when copying the chat logs in xls format

The chat works 1000 by 1000, but the downloads don't work, they download 1 by 1.

Has some rough edges here and there but the main issue that this batch downloader can not download in batches. You are limited to max 100 attachments, can only select 12 at a time and have to work through every page and then it downloads them file per file rather then e.g. a zip. It was faster to bulk download the chat as html instead and crawl the images from there, but even that feature is limited to 1000 messages.

Strange, it works in some channels and not in others. I don't know what the difference in between the ones that work and the ones that don't.

Fixed the problem I was having (copy/paste off discord doesn't preserve markdown formatting) but gave me a new, equally annoying problem. Why does the exported text not include paragraph breaks?

It used to work like a month ago and now it doesn't? I don't know if it was updated or not, but yeah, it just instantly times out and doesn't work.
