Hello Team, My subscription is valid until 16-February-2026, however from 17-January-2026 I am not able to use the service. It seems my subscription has been blocked/disabled before the expiry date, just because I will not continue the services after 16-Feb-2026. This is not acceptable, as I have already paid for the full subscription period. and my ID is hOTPNGSM I request you to please either: Reactivate my subscription immediately till 16-Feb-2026, OR Refund my paid amount of ₹2064. I recently tried the MapScraper and MapDataExtractor extension and honestly I am disappointed with how it performs. The tools look promising at first, but the actual results are far from what they claim. The biggest issue I faced was with email extraction. It only added emails to the first few leads, usually around five or six, and then stopped completely. The rest of the data came through without the email field, which makes the whole point of using these extensions pretty useless. I expected a reliable tool that could help me collect complete business information, but instead I ended up wasting time trying to fix and manually fill missing details. The performance feels incomplete and unreliable. Until they fix the email extraction issue and improve the overall accuracy of the data, I can’t recommend this extension to anyone who needs dependable results.

I have paid for this service and 2 days later it doesnt work. Please fix this! I have emailed multiple times. One month I paid twice with the same issue both times.

The Maps Scraper isn't working in the Bing Maps Beta version. You need to update the extension version for it to work in the new Bing Maps Beta version. Soon, you won't be able to use the old version, only the new Bing Maps Beta. Therefore, Maps Scraper won't work in this new Beta version; it only works in the old version.

Very Bad only 30 will be extracted and we cannot extract data with Pin code this is the worst extraction tool I have ever Used

Subscribed as premium 5 days back and now not working for last 2 days asking for subscription again as premium !!! . Sent 4 email in different days and no response from their support or their 3rd party payment gateway paddle.com. Waste of money and time
