It is not as good as it was before. Missing new model releases very often. Some other extensions like VS Code still didn't get even Claude 4 and photo and video generation have all ancient methods. They have completely abandoned the project.

A Google search led me to a page[1] with the title "Try Wan 2.1 Free: Open-Source AI Video Generator." However, accessing the page requires creating an account, and actually using the video generator forces you to install this extension. While I've heard positive things about the extension, this workflow is frustrating and I'll maintain this review until the process is improved. INTRUSIVE MALWARE !!! I installed this Chrome extension yesterday and discovered this morning upon starting up my computer that some damn sidebar was popping out on the right side of my security camera video! After a closer look I realized it was this damn Monica extension intruding on my video camera image. I can only guess that since it is a Chrome extension that my security camera video is running in Chrome and that is the source of this malware intrusion. Yet, when I ran Chrome itself, I saw no such Monica sidebar with dozens of buttons offering entice me into purchasing Monica services. BEWARE this extension is intrusive malware.

This thing is as stupid as every other "AI" with the exception of Grok3. It is just another stochastic parrot with zero ability to reason. Garbage in = Garbage out. Being impressed by it tells a lot about your own level of intelligence.

They made no effort to understand my situation or offer any solution, repeatedly telling me, “We’re unable to assist with a refund in this case,” without providing any meaningful help. Here’s what happened: I purchased an annual subscription while traveling in Asia, only to discover later that the app is completely inaccessible in China without a VPN—something that was never mentioned during the purchase process. Since I don’t have access/budget to VPN, and I will stay in Asia for a long vacation, the service turned out to be completely unusable for me. Perhaps some tech-savvy users can predict and resolve these kinds of issues. But the company arrogantly ignores the fact that many users, like me, are new to AI technology and couldn’t have anticipated such problems. Instead of offering guidance or flexibility, they chose to shrug off responsibility entirely. I've never seen a company in the US like this. If you really want to use their service, please be extremely cautious. Even if you can’t use the service at all, they will not refund your money. The poor customer service, combined with their rigid refund policy, has made this experience incredibly disappointing.

In the purchasing process, there is no noticeable statement anywhere about the query limitation of basic models and advanced models (gpt-4o, claude sonnet etc.). I use it intensively due to my job and 2 weeks after purchasing it, I started to get an error like "We ensure at least 1600 advanced model queries each month, which is automatically refreshed on the 1st of each month at 00:00 (UTC+0)." I can't even use gpt4 in the product that I paid 180 dollars for. When I sent an e-mail for a return, they said that the return can be made within 72 hours after the purchase, but it is not possible after that. I feel scammed right now. I feel scammed because I bought a product based on positive reviews, but I can't use it since the 2nd week of the month because of usage restrictions, and I can't use a product that I paid 180 dollars for.
