Avoid. Predatory billing and awful customer service. Charged two years in a row for an unused annual subscription with no renewal warning. Cancelling forces you to lose access immediately, which traps users into renewing again. Support was slow, evasive, and blamed Stripe instead of taking responsibility. The tool is slow, poorly designed, and this experience leaves a very bad taste in your mouth.

There is no option to cancel. Your site does not have the necessary link to cancel as indicated by your instructions. "You can visit Your Plan and click 'Manage my subscription' to cancel your subscription."​ Clicking on " Your plan" and compare" plan only produces this same page, without option to cancel."

Don't buy it... They charged my card even though it had expired. I wrote this and sent a screenshot. They said they wouldn't refund me. The app extension wasn't working for a while. I told them it was their fault that the app wasn't working. They said I was right, and their response is still in my email, but they didn't offer any solution. Then they made another charge from my expired card because a team member was added. I sent screenshots again, but they still didn't refund me. I asked for proof that a team member had been added. They couldn't provide anything. I only have one email address, and I was only using that one. Customer service is a service built on deceiving people. My lawyer is preparing for legal action. Don't buy it, don't use it, don't let others use it.

Fraud and scammy. Not a helpful extension and on top of it they give you no way of actually cancelling your subscription. The worst part is they have no Refund policy so even if you reach out to them as soon as they imitate an unauthorized charge, they won't give you your money back. I had to report this to my credit card company. There extension has been outdated for 8 months now. Theres much better cheaper option to use as an alternative and also they won't be as scammy as this company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Had $230 ripped out of my account without permission. They refuse to refund. I haven't used MaxAi.me in 6 months because it kept demoting me to gpt 3.5 even though I set 4.0 as default. overlays get in the way of navigation and low quality results. I have a Chat GPT subscription and it's waaaay better. You are better off going to the source. I absolutely despise predatory subscription services that take money without permission, and at nearly double the price! If you agree these practices are unethical than I ask that you please give 1 start too. Users of these services need to stand together against this kind of garbage. This is no way to treat a paying customer. You shouldn't be forced to pay for a subscription you don't want.

***WARNING**** Do not enter your credit card with this company. You will find it impossible to get them to stop charging your card even after you close your account. Try to contract them to see if they are a real company and you might be surprised. Their emails never are replied to and they phone number is a dead end Google Voice number.

This extension is bloated with too many useless features. The extension track all the websites and more personal information.

i like to test it but it doesn't optimized for mobile browsers. when you click the floating button, it immediately open the chat window so you can't choose other things. another issue is that the window in the left is out of the screen so the texts can't be read

You cannot use this without creating an account with their website. Immediately uninstalled after trying several ways to use this without creating an account on their site.

Fraudulent and Misleading Subscription Practices – Avoid MaxAI! I subscribed to MaxAI earlier this year, and for months, I tried to cancel the subscription. However, the company makes it nearly impossible. They provide no clear method to manage your account or subscription. There’s no login option on their website, and contacting them is a nightmare—they never responded to my emails or phone calls. Even worse, the invoices are equally misleading, listing Stripe (through Link) as the processor, but it’s actually impossible to track the subscription or cancel it through Stripe. Only when I discovered Link is the processor could I delete my saved credit card information. The entire process feels like a deliberate scam to keep you paying indefinitely. I only managed to cancel after months of frustration and countless attempts. This is fraudulent behavior, and I’d strongly urge anyone to avoid MaxAI. Their lack of response and failure to provide a transparent cancellation process are completely unacceptable. Do not waste your money! Also, Google Chrome web store does not verify reviews, leading me to question whether any of these reviews are real.

I installed it and tried a few things, but I can't get it to do anything except continually prompt me over and over again to upgrade to the non-free version. The free version doesn't seem to be able to do anything at all.

Bugs me with constant new tabs THROUGH A DIFFERENT EXTENSION. If I was interested in the extension, I would have looked it up. Installed it purely to write a poor review about their borderline scammy marketing strategies.

best ai I've used and I've used many webs and tools and this one just beats those no problem. 100% would recommend. but I've been struggling to get my account unfrozen due to "Unusual activity detected, suggesting account sharing, bot, or unauthorized access". paid $40 for my plan and I'm wasting days waiting. I've been waiting for a response for a while so due be wary of unjust suspensions.

Chrome extension no longer works on a free plan with ChatGPT. Sidebar just prompts me to login (which I already am), which opens a new tab prompting me to buy a plan vs the free plan I am on.

Pretty much no features with the free version. Would like to see a freemium feature of 2 or 3 YouTube videos to even consider paying. Wasted 15minutes of my life downloading it and trying to check out what the YouTube output is like.
