Totalmobile Message Tool

Adds a click-to-run set of messaging tools to Totalmobile WebAdmin to make composing and managing messages faster. When you click the extension icon, it injects a small UI into the current WebAdmin tab and provides extra message options and prompts. The extension only runs on the tab you activate it on (it does not run in the background across websites).
