Description

Content Credits lets you access premium articles without subscriptions and join discussions in a dedicated comment pane. Instead of managing multiple paywalls and logins, you use a single Content Credits account and credit balance across supported publishers. With this extension, you can unlock individual premium articles using credits, view your current credit balance, review your recent article purchases, and see a list of your recent comments. On supported sites, a floating comment button appears that opens a clean, slide-in comment panel for reading, writing, replying to, and liking comments. How it works: Install the extension and sign in via the popup. Then browse supported publishers as usual. When you hit premium content, the site will offer to unlock the article using your Content Credits. Approve the purchase once in the extension, your credits are deducted, and the article is unlocked. On pages where comments are enabled, you can open the comment widget to participate in the conversation. Key benefits: You only pay for the articles you actually read, using a simple credit balance instead of long-term subscriptions. You get a consistent commenting experience across supported sites, with threaded discussions, likes, and a way to quickly jump back to your own comments. Your account, purchases, and data are managed via the Content Credits dashboard. Privacy: The extension uses your authentication token only to communicate with the Content Credits API and determine access to articles and comments. It does not read or store page content beyond what is necessary to integrate with participating publishers.
