The wallet doesn't connect with the Chrome webbrowser, via the extension and on the website to connect with via the 'connect wallet' option of the website. It keeps directing to the download page of the extension, while already downloaded it. So it's useless.

The synchronization between the SafePal mobile wallet and its extension is flawed, resulting in discrepancies in addresses due to the use of distinct derivation paths. It is imperative to either enable the modification of the derivation path on the SafePal extension or ensure seamless synchronization with the mobile wallet. The divergence in derivation paths prompts the question: why doesn't the extension adopt the same path as the mobile app? This disparity prevents access to my cryptocurrency through the extension, as the displayed addresses do not match those on the mobile app. This issue is highly inconvenient and needs to be addressed promptly.

transaction is stuck since 1 month, converted btc to usdt and it is still showing pending on app but showing showing complete on blockchain, there is no way to cancel or increase fees in the app, how to fix this??

Looked so promising with nice features and multichain support. But it is unusable wallet unfortunately ! . I doesn't connect to many dapps ! or for example doesn't show funds when connected to some staking dapps. Litterally unusable

It asks for a connection to EVERY site I browse. It's pretty annoying.

It's pretty useless, because each time I try to sign a transaction it just opens a new window to the browser extension download page. That gives me the option to uninstall the extension, so I guess that's what it wants me to do. I don't have this problem with Rabby Wallet or Trust Wallet.

A TON USDT coin has been added to the application. And I can't add it in the Chrome extension.

Gets the bitcoin transaction fee completely wrong. I've sent money through bitcoin on extension and I get quoted around $1-4 dollar. I then check the transaction on blockchain explorer and fee will be $10 - $30!! Very frustrating as great app otherwise. I did a test two transactions at the same time - one with mobile and one extension. Extension I am paying way more. Why is this?

No testnet, no rpc. This is only for end-users who need no advanced functionality. Completely useless for developers or advanced users.

Lately I have seen my extension vanishes and under manage extensions I see a msg that its corrupted, I repair but repair often results in reinstall which makes me re-import all my wallets again. Do you know what could be causing this? I have been using this extension for a year now but never had this problem. It started around couple of months ago. Thanks!
