Pi Reminder

It just deleted all my reminders...I open it one day and everything is just gone. Edit: it happened again.

last update is buggy. alerts do not show, but they do play a sound. no popups. when launching the app, nothing is shown. you have to fiddle around a bit until you can see your tasks.

For some reason the reminder is deleted and for some other reason when starting the pc after the time of the alert, this is never activated to remind you that there is something you missed. A function from what I can remembered worked fine till now. So nice idea but completely useless now..

Well, the very first thing that this app asks is to get access to copy all your contacts including their names, phones, email addresses etc. And you can't deny. Denying means you're not using the app. What if I simply don't need features related to my contacts? I just need a reminder stuff. Uninstalled after 1 minute. Back off my contacts. Good luck. Cheers

I give a 1 star rating to any app that interrupts my flow of usage by asking me to rate it. I used this app for roughly 5 hours today before clicking on it and suddenly I was asked to rate the app. I would have never rated your app, at all, was it not for the fact that you interrupted my usage of the app to do this. Now I will be giving you a single star, to reflect my distaste with such shameless marketing tactics. Don't use this app unless you enjoy being bothered while using it.

The interface is friendly, but what good is a reminder that doesn't REMIND?!

i am not able to set reminder for every 15 mins. when i set it it says it will remind you after an hr. may be this extension does somthing else which i am not looking for,

I don't get it. I got an email, obviously from someone who is using Pi Reminder. The email from mail@pireminder.com says "Someone did send you a reminder". But the email does not say anything about the actual reminder. What reminder? What date and time? I've installed Pi Reminder for Chrome and signed in. Like it was described in the email. But still can't see the reminder. Either the tool is buggy, or very difficult to understand for newcomers. Either way, not recommended.

Have to sign up with email, should not be necessary. In addition I found a bug during signup that wouldn't let me continue even if I did enter my email address in all necessary fields why setting up a reminder. Never again this app.

I can not even connect to a google account.

It doesn't remind me any more...it just does not work properly , i have already uninstalled it !

2 times tried to schedule a notification 2 minutes in future, but neither of them fired. Devs, don't reply to this comment, you are annoying.

Right now everything works except for when I want to make a task repeat. The whole app freezes and won't work. Please someone help me.

i only downloaded it to get a simple reminder notification but when i tested it out, it doesnt give any kind of notification at all no matter what i try. useless

It shows Ads (masked as tasks). I feel betrayed! ... and I am gone.

A random 'public' reminder keeps popping up without me ever signing up to it and it is annoying because every time I delete it it just reappears after a few minutes

worst application its skipping the todays reminders and showing the future. also it opens all the reminders at one time. even if we are missed it show as missed. why its going to future things I have reported earlier also but you people did not reply.

I tried to use my email but it kept saying that there is no user with that email. I just gave up and deleted it. Disappointed

Right now I am about to delete it. It comes up every time I try to get online.

Hopeless. It can't simply understand putting a recurring reminder, what's the point of calling it a Reminder app.

Hangs when logging on

I need a reminder at a specific minute 5 times a day, but app will only let me pick reminders on the hour. Useless for my needs.

The extension crashes everyday. I have to click the bubble to reload it daily. I have had it for several months now, and have only been notified of my 'daily' reminder (needed to work) 2 or 3 times. After a reboot today of my pc, it had to be reloaded, and NO reminders were found. In essence, there should be 2 that are saved for daily notifications.

Login not working ...

This app was trash i couldnt even open the thing i had high hopes for this and it just let me down smh they can do way better with this app. Its also super laggy and no its not my laptop its the app, well most likely ill check my connection but honesty man they could do better

pireminder is not usable. cant login. the verify code is sent to inbox, clicking it in either of my two browsers, leads to a http://pireminder.com/applinks/verify.php?code=495546 which doesn't update the new account, so every login attempt states the account isn't verfied, and another email in my inbox. can't login from this chrome addin either.

"Error ocurred please try again" Cannot login with my google account. Never had this issue before and therefore this may be the reason why my reminders are not being saved. Hopefully this can be fixed and I can re-rate.

It's confusing to work.

Does not work with raspberry pi, should not be called "pi" reminder please rename has nothing to do with an irrational number approximately 3.14159.... either please rename almost a Trademark problem - causes confusion

I installed the reminder on my PC but can't even log in :( I keep getting the "error ocurred, please try again" message. So frustrating!

Forcing people to log in to remind them of things is literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen an app do.

Definitely want to rate this a lot higher but have been having persistent issues with alarms not actually appearing and sounds not playing. It appears there is problem with alarms that are meant to sound on an hourly, especially after logging off, shutting down and reopening Chrome. Will definitely revise if this ever gets resolved because it is a useful tool leaving aside those issues

Ability to subscribe to other public reminders is broken on the windows app. If you click on the subscribe button it does nothing.

Why does it need the permission to see and download my google contacts? What's up with that?

Does not open on startup anymore...and it also goes to one of my open tabs when I try to open it manually

keeps crashing in the loading process everytime I open it.

This is a great tool to manage all daily tasks but there is one flaw when I am using the repeat function and when I tick this task is done for this occurrence, problem is rather shifting task to next day it shifts next to next day and you again have to edit that particular task to avoid it being missed on next day

Sound notification very often works with a delay of more than 1 minute

Sorry if 3 stars for now. Because so far I like it, but I just added it today (Nov 1) Let me run it for sometime then I will see if i need to change my review or not.

It does the job. But would really appreciate, if it also add some of features that some other extensions have. - For example, I saw an option (dropdown) to set reminder for pre-defined length in single go (like 30mins, 1hr, 1day, 1week) rather than to select via clock widget, would be really convenient. - Secondly a feature bind a tab with a reminder.

Was working great but now it isn't working at all. Unsure what the problem is.

It sometimes bugged here and there but it was also the best one I've ever used! This is because all the other ones did not work at all.
