Alignerr Connect Extension

I'm sorry for my 1 star review, but this VPN has big issues: other than disconnecting automatically every now and then, it doesn’t allow to log in, stating that either password or email address is not correct (which is not true, of course). I’ve cleaned cache, followed the SRT Access guide to remove, re-installed the VPN extension, turned off all of the others, but still nothing. After several failed log in, now my “account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts”. This means I cannot work :\

The VPN part of this extension doesn't work at all regardless of the number of times I enable it, disable other extensions, redownload it, etc; making this extension not helpful for completing Alignerr tasks that specifically require a VPN.

The vpn extensions disconnects itself automatically after 2, 3 minutes...

It installs but currently does not seem to work. It might be helpful to get a list of minimum system requirements (hardware and software) to help in troubleshooting efforts.
