I'm having the same issue. Before It was only downloading 4 seconds of a video, but now it's not downloading the video at all. You've sent me several emails asking me change this review but I can't do that until you actually fix your chrome extension. As of 3/1/2026, it's still not working.

When I click the icon, it just displays a series of dots spinning in a circle. Should there be a counter/timer displayed? Not sure if it's downloading anything.
