Looker Studio Auto Refresh

Doesnt do anything. Dont even have option function

You can't test this without paying for it. I took a punt based on the reviews and purchased, but it doesn't work. It partially does what it says it will do, but I can't get all functionality to work correctly. It won't cycle between tabs, as described. It appears to refresh the page ok. This likely wouldn't be an issue if I could contact support, but I've had no response to multiple emails. Unfortunately I can't recommend this and have been left feeling ripped off. They have taken money for an incomplete product and no support. Update 6 Mar: I tried to contact again at the email address stated in the invoice and got the following message: "Message not delivered - Your message couldn't be delivered to info@trafikant.pro because the remote server is misconfigured. The response from the remote server was: 554 5.7.1 : Relay access denied" In addition, my previous contact was attempted via your "support" page, which seems to have failed as well.

i have been trying to use this extension but whenever i am trying to use extension it is not loading

Unable to select the time for auto-refresh or pagination , which is the main reason why i installed this extension. my reports didn't get refreshed by installing it.

Used to work great, but broken on the latest version of Chrome

It does not refresh me on the dashboard with data retrieved from Google Sheets (data sent with Google Forms). How to solve the problem?
