Vidami for Chrome - Desktop

I have owned the Vidami Blue for over a year. I have never been able to get this thing set up and use it. The website just brings you in circles. There is no good manual to walk you through the steps from installation to actually using this thing. I go to Control Center, then what, There is nothing there that you can actually do. This has to be the worst designed and worst functioning website ever. It make no sense, Waste of $200.00+

This pedal holds a lot of promise. But it just doesn't work. It's glitchy, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. You have to keep uninstalling the browser extension and reinstall it. Some days the back button works, sometimes it doesn't. I have basically stopped using this since it is not a time saver at all. You waste so much time trying to make it work and not playing music. Ugh

Does not work as advertized. I got the chrome extention and followed the instructions and it does not work. Bummer. I tried it on my iPhone, iPad plus, and desktop computer. Do I need to get rid of the blue and go hard wire connect.

This device works only when it wants to. I have spent more time trying to figure out how to persuade it to work than it is worth.

I followed the instruction and I cannot connect the Vidani blue to my computer. The instructions to connect does not work and there is no support to help the customer to connect.

The play/pause button works fine... the back and forward buttons, whether for a few seconds or a full rewind, don't work at all. I had high hopes. Big disappointment.

I have the original version of the pedal and it seems to be intermittently functioning. My computer has to constantly rebooted to have all the foot switches function properly. It last a few hours between reboots. It is somewhat disappointing
