Zapply is a job application assistant that helps you evaluate job postings and speed up your application process. It analyzes job listing pages and uses color-coded visual indicators—green for direct-hire company positions and red for third-party recruiting agency postings—so you always know who you are actually applying to. Use keyboard shortcuts (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + 1) to instantly extract job descriptions and company names directly from the page, then feed that data into your preferred AI tool to generate tailored resumes and cover letters. A built-in text snippet manager lets you create custom shortcuts to auto-fill repetitive information across application forms. Company categorization data is cached locally on your device for fast, private lookups without repeated network requests. You can also right-click any highlighted company name to teach the extension how to identify it on unfamiliar pages. All data stays local—your API keys and preferences are stored only on your device.
