It reads context, suggests replies, and helps you resolve tickets faster — with your brand voice and your workflows. This tool is built specifically for e-commerce support specialists, empowering even junior agents to perform like seasoned pros. Unlike generic AI tools, Inbox Copilot is context-aware — it understands your store’s products, policies, tone, and workflows. (Currently in open beta — free to use with your own OpenAI API key).
