This most recent Update has obnoxiously increased the Size of the UI to look like a Jitterbug Phone and disabled the previous formatting for Typing in text after a call, making it much more difficult to Document. This recent update is truly abysmal, not a single feature nor function has been improved, just changed and made worse.

Rubbish. Why can't you adjust the ringer volume or change/disable the ringtone? I had to remove the extension and use the desktop app because it's anxiety inducing! Way too loud, and uses the worst possible ringtone. A temporary solution would be to put the audio file for the ringer into Audacity and halve the gain until you can implement volume controls. For the love of god please do this, I am being forced to use this extension and the ringer is a form of cruel and unusual punishment.

How is it not possible to change the ringtone or mute it? The retro ring chime is UNBARABLE, JARRING AND LOUD. My ears are so assulted, I can hear the ring in my sleep and it gives me anxiety. It's clear the devs don't use or test their own nightmare-ish creation. Get it together, guys. How has this been a complaint from people for years and it still hasn't been addressed? You should be embarassed.

CANNOT TURN RINGER OFF NO MATTER WHAT. I get constant inbound calls, and having all calls ring all the time with the obnoxious old style bell ring is unaccaptable. It used to turn off under invisable status but they changed it now it only stops ringing on DND. BUt that means calls go straight to Voicemail and you can't screen the call. Get this fixed!!!

The new update is horrible, please revert. Unless i have the window open it will only recognize incoming calls.

New update has made using RC unbearable. Float mode is no longer accessible - 0/5 stars. Please fix.

Just keeps hanging on "Sorry we couldn't authenticate you and never logs in"

Too many bugs and crashes all the time when in the middle of a call.

It was working great until this week. Now after i type the contact name and pick the name out of the hubspot list that pops up, when i go to connect the call the contact field changes to "unknown" and i get a pop up that says 'unable to match contact. try to match in call history"

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Give me the ability to mute the ringer. I don't want this thing blasting in my ear every 2 minutes. I will stick with RC Phone until this is done.
