Dear Support Team, I have been experiencing an issue for the past 3–4 days, specifically around 5:00 PM (India time). During this time, I receive a “Network Error” message while performing a ranking check. We have verified that our internet connection is stable, and other websites and tabs are working properly. We have also attempted several troubleshooting steps, including refreshing the page, logging out and logging back in, and switching to a VPN network. Unfortunately, the issue persists despite these efforts. This ongoing problem is causing delays in our work and significant inconvenience. Please note that we have purchased the lifetime premium plan, and we rely heavily on your service for our daily tasks. I kindly request that you look into this matter and resolve the issue on an urgent basis. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Since activating the lifetime Sponsored Ranking Tracker, I have repeatedly observed that the reported keyword positions and ranking data are inconsistent with real-time search results on Amazon. The tracker's metrics have shown significant discrepancies—often off by several positions or failing to update altogether. Accurate rank data is critical to my advertising strategy, and unfortunately, this service has not met my expectations or the advertised accuracy standards. I emailed them for several times requesting for a refund, NO RESPONSE YET!!!

free version can track 200 kws, paid version can only do 400, more than that cannot function well.

Why can't I check the advertising position after buying a lifetime member? Can I get a refund?

I purchased the lifetime package, but now I cannot login in my account, the message showed that my user name or password is wrong. I promise that my user name and password is auto filled by chrome and it is correct. I have contacted AMZStudio, hopefully they can solve the issue within a week otherwise I'll escalate te matter to Stripe.

The third day, can not use, can not log in, let a person crash, sent two emails without any reply, the official website does not explain what is the case, this efficiency is really let a person feel very disappointing~

If the app owner does not resolve this issue for those of us who trusted and paid for the service, we will file a dispute case with Stripe. By the way, for other users who have paid for the AMZDataStudio app, please prepare your payment receipts as proof to create a dispute case with Stripe if they do not respond. I am a lifetime pro member, but from time to time I am unable to use the service. Could it be that the staff is no longer maintaining it?

I purchased a $197 subscription for one month, but as of today, October 17, 2024, I have been locked out of my account and can no longer use the tool. I tried to log in again and reset my password, but I was unsuccessful. I have attempted to contact support via email at amzdatastudio@gmail.com and by calling +65 8654 3116, but I couldn't reach anyone. I also couldn't get in touch through the Facebook fan page or customer support group. I feel like I've been scammed; you should be careful and try it out before deciding to purchase the tool.

I bought a subscription. but I don't see search and purshe volumes in the add-on... and Authorities don't answer me

Beware this developer is happy to lock in repeat subscription payments with no unsubscribe option. They never reply to emails to gmail support address or pick up the phone. They will just keep taking you money until you have cancelled your credit card! BE CAREFUL!!

Very buggy, and Poor support, i purchased the lifetime version, however whenever i enter more than 200 KW, the progress bar gets stuck at 20% or sometimes at 55% and then hangs, also the developers never respond, very poor support, DO NOT BUY.

Since a few days ago, when I press the RELEVANT keyword button, I get a message saying, "Please sign into your SellerCentral to get the real keywords." I ask questions about this case, but they don't give any answers. When I first signed up and inquired about my account, I didn't get an answer either. i have paid 197 for lifetime pro, but i instantly find the tool can't extract important keywords from the ASIN. The kywords extracted are either in low search volume or rarely relevant to what the product is actually named. i have compared the results with other tools, and the extracted keywords are very relevant to the product and can actually be found ranking on amazon (according to the results of the amzdatastudio). if i can add images, i would like to share the comparion. Feel very disappointed and i want to get refund within 24 hours after i paid for the tool. HOWEVER,there is no way to ask for refund! i have sent several emails to contact@amzdatastudio.com during the last 5 days but received no reply at all! i have claimed a withdraw from the bank APP, but i still want official reply from the company. hope they can improve the tool.

SCAM ALERT : AMZ data studio is a scam. None of the tools works properly. The data is very poor and when available, results are wrong. There is no reply to any request. Do not buy this tool, I think they just take your money from Singapore. I'm not even sure that data is not all fake seeing the results.

How to upgrade, have a path, how to contact you lifetime pro，

The extension is ok but the owners are highly unprofessional scammers! If they ever contact you with a suggestion to exchange knowledge, don't do it, they will just use you and waste your time!!!

Paid for the service upgraded. Never was able to get an email back on how to login. Keeps trying to upgrade me again. Went to site logged in, no records in there. Again Upgrade, upgrade. Contacted them 6 times in two weeks. I bought this to save time on research on Amazon. I did upgrade and the extension does not work. The company has failed in delivering the extension and service to respond. No one has time to keep contacting you after payment.

Worst extension. Guys, you need to show your credibility before you can boast so much about your tool. Even the details on your website are quite sketchy about who you are and what are you credentials. STOP SCAMMING unscrupulous new Amazon sellers. Experienced Amazon sellers can figure out in a second that this is a SCAM.
