Remove AI Search Results

This is a lightweight extension which is only a few lines of CSS that permanently removes AI generated Overview and "answers" from your Google searches. I made this for myself initially, as I was fed up with seeing AI generated content in my searches that is usually inaccurate, or just distracting from what I actually want to see.
