waste of time, don't even bother to install ... gives error all the time and doesn't matter how much time you spend trying to fix it it simply never works :-/

Absolutely worthless! Doesn't work at all, full of bugs with a lazy developer who doesn't care about users. Don't even bother to install it.

I've been on free trial so far and honestly even free is too expensive for this piece of s&#t. Nothing seems to work!!!! They should pay us $100 a month per user and then, ONLY then, we would MAYBE consider using it. Uninstalled immediately.

Absolute disaster! We installed it to approach new leads individually and it either did not send emails at all or emails ended up mostly in SPAM.

We used to use this extension at work, we've paid 20$ per one user or something like this and it was the worst way to spend money I've ever seen in my life. The extension is supposedly to improve your efficiency but it's so full of bugs and errors that it does not work 99% of the time and in overall it hinders your productivity instead of improving it. Forget about the support, it's not a company just one guy who does not care about you or the extension at all!

The main feature that I use for Vocus.io is to see whether an email was opened as Gmail now has the feature to move an email back to the top of your inbox after a set period of time. Unfortunately, Gmail running in Chrome on a Mac will stop sending emails - literally it will just freeze up - and the only way to fix things is to uninstall the Vocus extension. I'm happy to pay for a product but not one that doesn't work.

Absolute waste of time installing it. It didn't work!! :-(

How do I cancel my membership?

Avoid it if possible. I installed because of good reviews, but the tool simply does not work. Seems like it worked in 2016-17 based on reviews, but now it is just useless not working add-on asking for money.

Simply does not track emails being opened. Tested twice. There is 0, none, non-existent any type of support or way to contact the vocus company for support there is no troubleshooting section or helping sections of the website. simply one of the most selfish and inconsiderate company in in the chrome store. Clearly do not care a single web page about the customer or show any signs dedicated to the customers success. don't waste your time.

Claims to track link clicks and multiple email opens (e.g. open tracking, not just the first time, but every time) however it does not. Link tracking does not work at all, that I can tell. I tried several links, opening them on both my computer and iPhone, none were registered. Open tracking only shows multiple opens if they are from different devices. An email opened on a phone 10 times only shows as a single open. Open it on an iPad is shows 2. Add a computer, 3. But this is much less useful and showing the 10 times it was opened on the one device. To be fair, this is free.

I have been testing many similar tools and while Vocus has a nice set of features at a reasonable cost it does have some serious drawbacks. The dashboard is too small to use efficiently and it's lacking some user-friendly qualities in several areas. For instance there is no simple way to delete pre-written snippets. The tiny pop-up style dashboard is a deal-breaker so I unfortunately I suspect I will have to continue to check out other options.

Don't work with Inbox by Gmail :(

Support has been fairly quick to respond to issues with updates and bug fixes. Great tool for notifications and even click tracking.
