Email Marketing Campaigns in Gmail: Gumbamail

- Very very slow and poor support - No way to communicate and they are not responsive - No management of payment method The system has charged me twice but they are not answering my ticket

The program is excellent, easy to use, the price is favorable and there are some OK templates. I don't give the best rating just because there is no support. They have a chat that no one ever answers and no one answers emails. It suddenly stopped working and there is no support at all.

I tried the free version and it has some issue like the email was sent in different language and have difficulty of sending the emails sometimes the email was not sending . I hope you fix It . Because I am planning to try the paid version if this will be fix.

Why is Gumbamail so easy to use. Until I attempt to purchase a plan? From the U.S., the is no VAT so apparently, they do not want customers in the U.S.? Additionally, with the free account, all my campaigns are landing in customers' junk or being blocked because they do not accept IPs being used by the service. I have no option but to stick with Mailchimp.

Don't write it's free when it's really not. It's not free guys. Beware. Only 250 emails are free which is B.S.

Hi Just downloaded ext and when I activate Gumbamail account, after giving all permissions to access my gmail account, click continue, it returns to gmail mail window but asking again to activate the Gumbamail account. It repeats like a cycle. appreciate guidance here. Thanks

misleading. claims to have no limits but that is only on paid plans. has limit of100 mails per day like its competitors.

I have many technical difficulties with this extension & support provides little to no help. Frustrating to create new templates as it is slow to load...tried on multiple different computers & search engines. Mostly use Chrome & a MacBook Pro. Looking to change email marketing platforms once my subscription expires.

Too many problems with this extension. 1. There is no customer support available even though the welcome email says "email back for any support" but the email keeps bouncing back. 2. Navigation is not very friendly. 3. Not sure if I can trust the delivery of emails, I tried using few personal emails to check the delivery and only 1 out of 4 emails received the email whereas the report showed delivered for all 4 emails. I hope the creators take this seriously instead of only getting to sign up customers for paid plan. Guys, please use the free version first instead of signing up for the paid version straightaway.

Really good extension for writing newsletters and sending to subscribers BUT..... every time I open Gmail the extension appears in my browser at the top, but doesn't show in Gmail. Only solution I've found is to uninstall the extension then reinstall it :/ comments on how to resolve this would be most welcomed (using the Free version).
