Checker Plus for Google Drive™

I find this extension very concerning because weare alowing this person to access our files, download ou files, emails and all the info for this to work!! be careful people.

Just got this installed after reboot, but where to find out how to use it or fully set it up please. Thanks for creating it tho, Jim

When opening the site the extension it appears that it do a huge use of my CPU

Notifications do NOT work at all.

I clicked a shared folder through your extension and instead of opening it was deleted. When looking at recent activity it was said to be removed but the link could not be opened. I opened Drive on my browser and the folder was gone. It also wasn't in the trash. This was a folder of about 50 files used by three departments where I teach. I spent an hour with the IT department and the files where nowhere to be found. Suffices to say this extension has been removed.

1 star for the useless search and the ugly inscription: "Checker Plus for Google Drive by Jason Savard".

This extension just autoinstalled on my chromebook and I have absolutely no idea how.

Horrible. I can't get any notifications unless I use a window that isn't google chrome.

No email / sms notifications makes this close to perfect addon useless for me.. Please consider adding this feature. I need to get notifications while I'm not using Chrome too! I will pay if it's a paid only feature.

EDIT TO REVIEW ON 2022-12-10: On October 23rd, 2022, I rated the extension as one star with the text at the bottom. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the developer had replied until now. I have once again attempted to use this extension and it seems to work. I admit that its usefulness is more than I thought it would be. I raised my rating from one to three stars. I tried searching for something and not sure I got correct returns. However, I'm going to continue testing as this seems to be an invaluable thing to have available. I promise to come back and update the review with my test results once they are done. ORIGINAL ONE STAR REVIEW FROM 2022-10-23: I use the browser "Brave", which uses Chrome's extensions by default. My issue? Every time I click on the icon for this extension, it requests I login to my Google account. I thought it might be because I was using Brave. So, I tried using this extension on Chrome. Same issue. What is the point of giving this extension permission to access my Google Drive if it asks for this ever time?

From last update, I get NO notifications at all. I reinstall, cleared cache, temp files, change settings, revoke access,... nothing. No notifications at all.... :-( Edit: Stil nothing... no notifications...

Fairly decent extension. Definitely better than what Google has yet offered. I would love to be able to access multiple accounts though. I'm currently using about 3 and it would be nice to select between them. Also, I navigated about two levels down in my folders and tried to create a new Doc, but when I checked the location of the new doc, it was in the top level directory "My Drive" and not in the directory that I had navigated to when I created the document. So maybe want to check on that. Overall, I appreciate the hard work and time put into this so far.

I didn't get a notification when another account account create a file in a shared folder. Is this supported? I saw it in the list, but no notification. Any way to remove all the notifications already present in the list? it lists all my files currently.

Used to be a 5-star killer app. 6.0.3 redesign sort of killed it. It used to be simply designed, simple and quick to use. Now it's unnecessarily bloated (designwise, since the functionality hasn't changed). Totally ignores screen resolution (so the very wide popup is now cut on the left for me). Please opt-out the new design.

It's a start but needs a more intuitive interface.
