Site Palette

Requires an account and login to use, garbage.

Cannot even login, it's hanging with "Check your mail" and some code i need to enter once I open some link from mail but I'm not receiving any mail. Tried with different mails and all of them don't work

This sucks now since it requires and account and is now paid. it used to be free and without a forced account there is a free extension called "Color Palette" and it does not require an account or payment, and better yet it gets the colors instantly!

First thing that welcomes me is login screen! I AM SICK AND TIRED of making accounts for EVERYTHING and login to EVERITHING I try to do. Soon you won't be able to drink water unless you create account with the bottle and the glass. I just wanted to change the background color of a site without brake every other site colors. This is maybe 7th useless extension I try and it is frustrating.

Tried multiple times. Impossible to login. Just keeps asking to login, input code, close tab. And still just keep asking the same thing everytime I press the extenion icon. Terrible.

Disgraceful dark patterns, and a whole heap of completely fake AI generated fluff reviews in here. Pathetic.

Needs registration AND subscription. 24h trial. Dark pattern ahead. Not offended by a paid extension, but please mention it clearly. Impossible to delete account or remove mail adress.

Subscription needed, it is not possible to try and check out... All the reviews with 5 stars, to me, and this is my option, seem like fake reviews...

Requires email subscription to use, which wasn't too bad, except that it still doesn't work. Any time you try to use it, it tells you to log in. Doesn't work. Reviews also seem fake?

Unfortunately, this isn't working for me. I've tried a few times but just get an error message. Tried using a Chrome profile with only one extension to rule out conflicts but it's still not working. Ultimate Color Picker does the job for me but its manual and hex codes next to be copied individually, but at least it's working.

Used to work like a charm! Now all I see is "Error" Notification. I would even pay for this! Make it work!

Looks great when you open it! But then you take a closer look and the colors are all wrong... and it doesn't even seem to pick up text colors

Installed the Chrome Extension. Restarted the browser, While on the page I need the colors from, I click on the extension icon. Page scrolls to bottom. Does nothing and then finally a browser alert that says websitename.com says Error OK (button) P.S. Tried it on Google.com as well Palette.site. Same result

The extension itself seems promising, but it's completely unusable without mandatory registration, which is a significant drawback for me. I prefer to use extensions that don't require me to create an account or provide personal information just to access the core functionality. This requirement makes the tool inaccessible and limits its practical use. Unfortunately, I'll have to look for an alternative that respects user privacy and doesn't force registration.

Doesn't actually pull the needed CSS color scheme data (which is quite easy to do), instead it just scans the page, takes a screenshot, and searches for a match.

1 in 10 times success rate is not that impressive. seems like print screen and eyedropper tool is more effective
