Would have been a higher rating, but since they removed the sales feature from the lower paid plan to a higher paid plan, not worth upgrading if they're going to keep adding useful features behind a higher price point.

terrible set up process

Decent functionality but FAR too expensive. The free version is useless and the ;lowest price paid option ridiculously priced for what it does There are very good options out there that do pretty much what this does for under 40% of the price

Everbee is a fraudulent company! I was using it for a few months last year, but cancelled it. However, they changed it to an annual plan without my consent and charged me! They refuse to issue a refund even if they know I did not request this Do not use this company!

Total scam. The EXTENSION is free, but to USE the extension the lowest rate is $19.99/mo. billed annually. That comes to $239 per year. I will be reporting this to Google a a bait and switch scam.

Let's just be clear, the data what we see in this is generated by us sellers, and you want to sell it back to us on a high price? Nah, go and create something man...

This plugin was working great. Used it all the time for product research. I don't know what happened recently but it completely broke. Can't log in. Can look at my store or any other products.

ATTENTION EVERBEE DEVELOPERS! Your pricing page (https://app.everbee.io/pricing) isn't working for me. I am trying to upgrade from Hobby plan to Growth plan but I keep getting the same error when I input my credit card information. So, I contacted support team and they are providing me a link to another page that supposedly can take my credit card and upgrade my plan. The new page is taking me to (https://everbee.io/pricing-plan/). This seems shady. I don't feel comfortable putting my credit card information from a link granted that it is from the support team. Should I be able to navigate to this "working" pricing page by myself on your site? As of writing this review, all of your links in https://app.everbee.io links to https://app.everbee.io/pricing. And I am unable to upgrade my plan :( Please fix this. I will update this review once this issue is addressed.

So glitchy. I paid the full amount for a one month membership cos I SO wanted this to work. I found it doesn't work half the time, I get error messages all over the place. The data was inaccurate eg try to look at listings from GB, and you click through and most of them are still from US. The location filter DEFINITELY doesn't work, which makes this completely useless for me. The help chat was slow to respond (as in they responded a day later - much more like an email support. The expectation from a "chat" is that they are there when you need them) and then instead of providing actual support, they gave me a workaround (a rather patronising workaround at that - telling me to change something on Etsy itself, which was glaringly obvious, something any user would have already done) I'm off to try Sale Samurai, Crest, erank - there are hundreds more keyword search tools out there.

Does not work...

It is not free at all, and you cannot log in. Once you log in, "Invalid credentials" will be displayed

1. Requires you to link your Etsy account before you are able to use anything, even after you sign up for an EverBee account. Why?? 2. The extension needs to access to your entire browsing history, not just Etsy. Why?? There are better tools available without these strange requests.

Complete rubbish! There is no way to switch to a lower subscription plan, only to an increased one, there is no way to cancel a paid subscription, money is debited automatically every month, support is not responding, it's a nightmare!

Sorry Everbee.....next do it well ...if is free i dont have many expectation , but this cost my me and money :(((( It's not worth 7.99 euros for a month or the unlimited annual plan. The last one was supposed to be free. it requires a lot of Updates, it's the cabbage of the application. The pro plan is for 30 analyses. I lost 11 analyzes just because I refreshed google chrome because it doesn't load the statistics about my favorite listig. As you can see, you will waste time on the net writing reviews to save other people. TO AVOID ! All Erank and Keyword Everywhere remain useful!!! I will take the time to warn the world on YouTube as well

This stupid extension always tells me to sign in and when I sign in it asks me to sign in again every single time i'm trying to look at something. Nothing happens when I sign in, I'm stuck on a perpetual loop of signing in forever and it never working.

I signed up, signed in, clicked the product research, clicked an Etsy item, then Etsy said I'm requesting too much recently???? I don't think it's safe to use.

I don't think it's get realistic information of sales :/ I try on actualy working shop. I don't know how it get all the information, but it isn't real. If shop the best in it's category it show some nubers. But if shop is local it show nothing :D

when I try to use this and connect to Etsy it just says {"message":"Could not authenticate with the provided credentials!"}

The trending now tool is awesome! I love this app, but, since it don't show any tags anymore, it's so sad and useless for me.
