Copy Link

This used to work up until today. The option is there but it doesn't copy the link text anymore.

:( this was my to-go extension, I kind of used it 120 times a day. All of a sudden, it stopped working. I guess chrome changed something in how they manage clipboard permission :(

At least in Vivaldi (which also is Chromium based but overall better than Chrome) when I find your icon and click on Copy link then it takes me to this page. Also, while if it worked it would be more useful than the default on current page, yet there is no right click option even on the active tab (and the icon that you need to find to use this is invisible with a dark theme) while I was looking for an ext. that would provide a right click copy link for any inactive tabs, which option seems to be forbidden. One must access a tab to copy the link, versus in Firefox with the Copy Url to clipboard ext. Sorry, but thanks anyway and grace and peace thru Jesus the Lord.

Unfortunately this extension does not work on restricted chrome pages.

Was working great up until today. The context-menu icon is still there, but it doesn't actually copy anything to the clipboard. Issue is definitely not Win11-related (I'm on Win10), but might be tied to a new Chrome update or something?

This worked for me for a long time, but has recently stopped. I don't know if maybe it's a problem with Windows 11 and clipboard permissions? I can't find anything with a quick Google or a flip through the windows or chrome settings.

4/7/23 It doesn't work now. Past Review: Love this extension for my news chats. Use it all the time! It will copy only hyperlink text as plain text outside of search pages. On search pages, it helpfully gives the snippet of info and the source..pretty much what you see in your Google searches. I go to Google Search results, right click the link and choose Copy Link Text, then I paste the info in my chat.
