confusing to use. I am studying korean, so I want to see Korean subtitles. instead, this app translates the translated English subtitles back into Korean but it's not what they are saying at all. so it's pretty pointless.

The translation quality of the dual subtitles in videos is good, but there is a delay—sometimes the translation appears only while the speaker is still talking, or even after the speech has finished. Both gemini-3-flash and pro show this behavior. Is this an issue specific to the Gemini API?

good extension but it keep logging out/reset the whole settings by itself for every 2-3 days, and the problem still not fixed until now.

The extension fails to work on youtube, fails to load comments or says there is no internet. If I turn off the extension, youtube works normally.

it would be perfect if there was an option for people who want to learn the language using the same language by showing the definition of every word from the subtitles from the dictionary instead of simply translating it to another language.

Good double subtitles, but it needs an option that stops the subtitles from moving every time you hover over the video. Another extension I've used was able to do that.

Please consider adding Norwegian bokmål also.

This extension is very easy to use and is seamless which is why it pains me to say this, but the Japanese to English translation is bad. I have tried the free versions and basically if you want it to be comprehendable, you have to buy the upgraded versions. I would have considered buying it if it allowed for monthly automatic payments instead of buying the subscription for the entire year.

Good ideas, more or less executed, all very well, until you realize that you can't slow down below 5, and thus understand how natives join words, or for example go back a few seconds to listen to something again, or pause whenever you want... this kind of things makes me believe that so many social networks make people lose their common sense.

Doesn't work on Disney+. However, the design and the functionality are awesome.

Keep in mind AI transcription is NOT available for Netflix/Disney Plus as of my review date (or i couldn't find a way to make it function). It does work for Youtube, which is nice, but I would say it is a bit misleading to advertise this in a way that leads users to think the AI transcription is available for all services, which it isnt.

On Disney+, subtitles are often not recognized, and it's not possible to fast-forward or rewind using the progress bar.

great app, but there's a bug when using in Japan, whenever the dialogue has a questions mark or some other punctuation. It would be great if you could fix it.

1. The sentence combining feature should be more sophisticated and accurate than it is now. 2. There should be a way to push and pull the subtitle sync, because American news channels offer time-delayed subtitles.

The AI translation for the subtitles is problematic, and the video always starts playing from 35 seconds by default, which causes the subtitles to not match the video.

Great idea and the app seems to be almost there. However, I've paid for the premium and the translator package and still I am not getting good quality transcriptions of the original language of the video. I wonder if they are using whisper for the transcriptions at all, or if it just takes too long to return the transcriptions. We should at least know whether it's still processing so that we know that we should wait until we get the good stuff. Please update this, this will be great when we actually have good quality transcription! I will be please to update the review then.

It works fantastic. the three new modes are useful. But I like my old youtube with all those comments and sidebars. Can you just add a native youtube mode? or I have to sadly unisntall it.
