ATTENTION SMALL BUSINESSES I’ve used SheetGo since 2021. In 2023, my annual subscription jumped from $1,423.51 to $2,112.00 with fewer transfers per month. This shows they can SIGNIFICANTLY raise prices anytime, putting your business at risk. In 2023, I asked for a payment plan to handle the new price increase, and they agreed. They also agreed to do the same in 2024. However, in 2024, my billing cycle showed the full amount (THEY DON'T CARE.) When I reached out, they initially denied agreeing to the payment plan until I showed them the emails. They then agreed but still overcharged me in June 2024, billing me $722 three times and $2,052 once, exceeding my annual subscription by $2,052. They were not planning on saying anything to me. After calling them out, they refunded only the $2,052, still not honoring the payment plan and charging me the full amount in one month. When I contacted them again, they refused to adjust the charges. Beware of businesses like this. They may charge your card "incorrectly" and won’t fix it unless you catch it. I’m taking my business elsewhere to avoid the hassle of constantly checking for accidental charges. I'll be making a YouTube video soon to go further into detail. This type of behaviour is unacceptable.
