Scan Profit

Having issues connecting it to my amazon shop and amazon support has asked that scanprofit contact them to resolve and I've gotten no response to emailed requests that they connect with amazon. Meanwhile, I'm being charged hundreds of dollars for something I can't use. Definitely do not recommend.

You download the extension. Then when you click on the extensions on the browser, upper right, you click on Scan Profit it brings you back to this page to download. It's an infinite loop. Anyone else think this is fishy?

Mobile App Crashes And Doesnt Work Half Of The Time.

I usually don't write reviews, but I'm writing this one in hopes of finally receiving assistance with getting this product, WHICH A ACTUALLY WANT. And so I hope the company can help me and any others having the same issue. I had Scan Profit for one month in January and my subscription has not "renewed," as I'm told it is supposed to automatically ever month. But my account has not been deducted. Neither will the app work on products. I only get the message "You don't have enough lookups to access the application or your current plan is expired. Please buy lookups to access the application." Then I click "Buy Lookups", then "Change Your Plan" and I'm not allowed to purchase another month. Just says something about already having a plan. I have an email thread with Ecom Degree University now 16 messages long but still no solution and now it feels like I've been ghosted. This sucks because I've followed Will Rivera for a few years now and I believe in his authenticity and I'm a fan of his journey and what he's doing to help others. And I want to be one of them, leveraging this product! But I've just never experienced such difficulty trying to give a company my business and money...
