SellerAmp SAS - Amazon FBA Analysis Tool

The Seller Amp software's feature that estimates monthly sales based on reviews, unfortunately, does not work in the USA and Canada. I have reported this issue multiple times but have not received any response. I contacted their support team, sent messages through their Instagram account, and even shared screenshots, yet no solution has been provided. This is far from a professional approach, and honestly, I’m quite surprised. I purchased this software specifically for the monthly sales estimation feature. However, since I can’t use this feature, I no longer find the software necessary. Both I and all my friends will be canceling our subscriptions. Unfortunately, this software is not reliable.

Data is incorrect. Cannot even find the ASINS on the webtool.

It's just totally broken, not working at all. Was already glitchy before but now the extension just isn't working period. Have to cancel my subscription as the extension is mostly how I use this software.

Came recommended by a youtuber and I am very disappointed. I keep getting inaccurate numbers from this extension. They must be pulling the numbers from keepa and not amazon. The BSR, Rank and a bunch of other numbers are always off from what is on the amazon page. Don't rely on this tool for accurate data. Support is all done via email and is such a waste of time.

Trial is Expired after 1 day . support team says that you should pay to use the softwear.

appears to be a great tool with all the accessories and such but don't where you would use it. I see comments about Amazon but thats just a myth to make money there. All that is is a platform where you look up items and your ordering them direct from the Brand.

I was using this tool for a year, I was fed up with the subscription model and process they made on the subscription and no response from the team.

They need to Improve like IP complin and estimate sales also variations sales

Great tool - I have to redownloaded it like 10 times a day literally because it doesn't work on the amazon pages, it wont load. So annoying.
