AliDropship 2.0

At the moment the extension doesn't work on my woocommerce. I have been using the extension past 7 years. Issue 1: Pricing formula not added, imports with pricing 0$ Issue 2: Product variations not imported (imports as simple product). Is there a fix for it?

I paid for your WordPress plugin and the Chrome extension is not working. When can I expect this to be fixed? It's not fair that I've paid for something that doesn't work properly. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

It seems the extension has stopped working cause i try to "import" or "edit" while trying to import an item and nothing happens. Its frustrating to pay for a product that only works 1% of the time, like, i've a business to run you know...

This new version does not allow me to edit the images, I contacted support and they told me that nothing can be done but with that technical service since I carried out all the steps they designed but in the logo at the top right the "ON" does not appear connected in blue. I have no response from the technical support of this email support@alidropship.com

one of the worst plugins do not buy the wordpress one is ship the extention does not work at all delivery is not shown only the import works anything else not no delivery time no anything go and buy adl dropship maybe have some less functions but at least every function is wokring and is cost 30$ not 89$ for nothing

I have used it for years, and it always has bugs. The latest bug I have: It is not updating or reseting products. When products get to 0 zero inventory it is not updating with Aliexpress. Always have bugs. I need another plugin if one is available. I use AliDropship Woo plugin Version 1.6.63 Chrome Extension Ver. 3.0.0.73

Terrible service, the worst customer experience you can get, no real support, they just ask you to send you screenshots dozens of times and do not try to deal with problems at all. And there are lots of problems, lots!

Stopped working a while ago. Bought the plugin that now is useless without the extension working. The bulk import is not working Georgy, the main function of this extension. Yes, I've contacted the support on your site as well, and they said they're fixing it... a few weeks ago. As of right now the plugin has authorized my site however it cannot import anything from Aliexpress, the icon just loads when adding a product, secondly you can't view a products page, it keeps saying: "Sorry, we have detected unusual traffic from your network."

Suddenly stopped importing images which makes it useless.

Today I have spent 5 hours but still my domain is not authorized the the extension. I have fulfilled all the requirements but still not authorized. It looks very hard for me. I am really disappointed

I've only had it 3 days, and since day one, it has been a headache. I've done extensive research, read review, followed troubleshooting instructions suggested by AliDropShip and nothing is working. Whatever AliDropship changed in their new extension, they need to revert to the old, because it worked, and continue to test the "New" one extensively. the customer support is so slow and their live chat is always offline. i didnt know the plugin requires dedicated hosting which costs more than shopify monthly fee. and it's buggy. im disappointed.

Not working.

Does not work with all chrome versions. All I see is a small box appear in the right hand corner with nothing in it and that's it. I cant import products like it says I should be able to.

This extension bothers me... the formulas are not working correctly, the automatic payment does not work when loading the customers' products into the cart, and if that were not enough the alidropship support team does not answer the emails.

It's good overall but I think you need to update your extension because the products reviews import is not working that's shame paying for something that half works

Half of the functions are not working.After reporting to the team, a week has passed and it hasn't been fixed. They just said to wait for a version update.

No longer works - crashes in Chrome and Edge. Constantly logs out or needs reauthorisation. - have contacted Support.

I like the chrome extension, but the problem is when I go to find products on aliexpress, its starts to automatically add all the products on the page, for me just to import. I cant remove the products or choose what products i want to add, the only way of removing them is by importing them, and deleting them on my wordpress, which takes a lot of time. I was hoping for the chrome extension to help me chose products and import the ones I want, not for it to choose all the products in the page, and having me to import them because its the only way for me to remove the items I dont want on my website.

Unfortunately 4th February update broke the plugin for me. Automatic order placement not cleaning the shipping addresses and not adding products to cart anymore.

In terms of its user interface, it's probably the nicest compared to others. But you have to pay for import packages. To import 1000 products will cost you $200-- and if you delete products you can't add more. For example, if you have 1000 products and you delete 200, you can't import another 200 products. You will have to pay to import more. A joke, really.
