I bought a monthly subscription for my laptop. I can only log in from the device I paid for it on. I don't receive codes when I try to log in from another device. Then, when I tried to use the plugin, it didn't work. I decided to reinstall the plugin, but the subscription was canceled and they asked me to buy another month.

Rubbish extension

Used to work fine. Now there's a restriction for 3 daily uses, which would also be fine, but since a few day anytime I try to download something it tells me I exceeded the quota without I have used it at all. And no, there's no automatic download enabled or anything of the sort. Anyway, useless garbage. Avoid.

i have been trying to unsubscribe from this guy and his extension for a long time. it is next to useless which i found out not long after paying for a subscription. there is no easy way. no cancel button at all. you have to email him and hopefully you will get a reply. i am still waiting to hear from him and he keeps taking my money every 3 months. do not under any circumstances subscribe to this app. you will be sorry. better off getting premium telegram and download directly and fast too. negative a thousand stars for this prick. (i had to give 1 star to post this) in the interests of fair play i wish to add to the above review, the owner has refunded my sub for the last payment almost as soon as i made this review. i would also like to add that i appreciate that gesture but still maintain you should be able to cancel your sub/access your details, or whatever, a lot more easier than was the case here. use at your own risk guys.

It said rate them on store and they will give unlimited downloads for 12 hrs. it gave 3 more downloads after that and prompting me to upgrade. Why would I pay for a service that I'd use one time??? It would make sense for me to pay had I used this once a week or once a day. The extension is useful but 12 hr unlimited download was a SCAM! Back to exploring other extension options. Uninstalling this one which had potential but rendered useless and never coming back after they put a pay wall to my face after downloading 6 videos, lol!

It says limit is 3 videos per day, however it's the 3rd day I have this plugin, and I've only downloaded 3 videos - and it still says 3 videos per day limit reached. So it's a 3 video limit TOTAL.. not PER DAY. (Using Brave browser).

cannot download big videos, shows percentage of downloading but in the end inevitably fails. Just wasted my time.

Why do I need to refresh the browser page after downloading and then I can download the next audio file? If I don't refresh, 1 audio file is downloaded.

It doesn't work with regular video and instantly locked up the site where you can't go back to your original site
