Gave me all wrong answers, This is just a waste of time and money, also it doesn't let me cancel my subscription before the 3 day trial period ends. Don't let them scam you for your money.

The button often doesn’t work, and it feels like just a paid version of ChatGPT with no real added value. I switched to Quibble, which is more reliable and does the job better.

spent $60 on the annual plan and it didn't work AT ALL on any website and when i requested a refund they only gave me back $30.

WORST APP EVER! doesn't even work with the websites you need it to work for. I has unsubscribed in April yet I am still getting billed each month! wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy they are that bad. Making you go through layers just to cancel and apparently doesn't even do that for you! I rate it 1 star but its so bad it should be ZERO! don't waste your time with this app it'll be a headache later. SCUMMIEST app EVER.

The button does not work on Canvas, switched to Quibble and their button works on both my canvas and McGraw-Hill assignments.

College Tools Support Team, I just sent an email in regards to a recent transaction made on my card. I enrolled in a FREE 3-DAY TRIAL and was charged for the annual subscription. I had this chrome extension for less than a day before canceling my subscription and would like a total refund on my account. To everyone saying you cannot cancel: YOU CAN CANCEL. However, they make it difficult to do so by intentionally making the cancel option confusing and hard to find. They make the pause option easy to find to trick you into not canceling and to prevent further investigation. TO CANCEL: Select the trash can symbol next to your username and email. A pop-up will appear to delete your account, where you will find the option to cancel. This seems to be a new feature because it wasn't like this before, causing me to miss my free trial deadline. Clearly, this tactic aims to retain subscribers' money by complicating the cancellation process. I won't comment on the app's functionality, but due to these billing issues, it gets one star from me. Hope this clarifies things.

:( Please give my money back. This tool is not working as from May. I Am waiting for the response but no use. As Ali E Said better way to go in his process.

TERRIBLE, YOU CANT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND IT DOESNT EVEN WORK! This extension needs major lawsuit

They make it so incredibly difficult to actually cancel your subscription. Not transparent at all. They make you fill out a 50 word text box, not once, but TWICE when you want to cancel your subscrption. Not even to mention the fact they hide the cancel subscription button with small writing and a very light font. I would actually have good things to say about this product if they didn't make it so incredibly brain melting to cancel. Not someone I would want to trust with my data

Worked for a few weeks and it stopped. Now I've been waiting for customer support for over a month to fix the tool. The first time I needed support they responded when it stopped working. Then it worked briefly, stopped working again. Now its useless. Jo

Charged me for a year when I clicked to view the annual plan. Did not confirm I wanted it and charged me right then.

this is a scam. It will work perfectly for the first week or two you have it, then it will fully stop working. I has not worked since I was charged for the second month.

Worked really well for the first week I bought it. Since then it wont work for anything. The box isn't there anymore, and even if I select the whole question and then right click and click on college tools, nothing shows up anymore.
