Doesn't work with netflix, which is why i got it in the first place

For some times, it worked on Netflix. Lately it's been awhile not working on Netflix. Who causes the problem? Is it this extension, or Netflix itself doesn't give permission to?

app was great until you hit the snag of having to refresh the page because the play/pause button not working.

alt+p crashes my browser

I've noticed it causes complete screen flickering at high refresh rates when active while moving the curser over playing media in certain websites (notably twitter and youtube). I was getting a head-ache wracking my brain trying to find the root cause and it was PIP...

seems to have stopped working... clicking the PIP icon no longer does anything

Was working completely fine until one day the video i had minimized wouldnt show. And when I deleted the extenstion, every video did the "Showing in pictue in picture" thing WITHOUT the picture in picture on my screen. Until i refreshed.

Automatic pop-up of video is not something I want to get automatic enabled for old users. Don't force settings on users.

No longer works. You have to use the "Force Picture-In-Picture Extension" because some genius thought it would be a good idea to give streaming services the option to break picture-in-picture because they hate their own customers.

So bad. So lacklaster. It works tho. Doesn't show cc's. Doesn't remember where I placed it last time. When I try to change my desktop programs, macOS sees the PIP as a chrome window.... The Safari PIP is just perfect. But I can't use two browsers at the same time. It's just dumb and too power consuming. Just copy the PIP of Safari please. Since Chrome is based on Safari's engine right?..

Dumb useless extension Doesn't add anything to the browser, it's a simple shortcut to Chrome "Picture in picture" function, normally you just right click and press that in the context menu, this extension does the same exact thing by clicking on it, nothing more, no more controls, it just pops up the same ugly chrome video player that has no controls at all. Going back to Firefox since it has a extremely better picture in picture functionality. Shame on this extension, it should not exist, and shame on you Chromium, provide a better implementation, that thing you have is garbage, look at Firefox.

I want to use on https://gem.cbc.ca/heartland/s18?autoplay=1 and did NOT work ... uninstalled

Crashes my entire pc whenever I use it usually within the first 5 minutes. I know its not a hardware or driver issue, and it's only ever while I'm using PiP. I can run 5 different adobe programs at once without issue but one new tab while a youtube video plays in the background borks it. Needs serious fixing.

Stopped working on youtube.

If you use PiP mode, unfortunately the Play/Stop shortcut stops working. I use one of my mouse button as Play/Stop. It works perfectly as long as the media is not in PiP. Even after going back to normal the button still doesn't work, I have to refresh the page it to work again. Please fix this issue.

@Craig Jacobs, this is because captions don't come over to the PIP and google can apparently get in trouble with their TV service for not having captions for the hearing impaired. They have been working to solve this issue for about 5 years but their developers still haven't figured out the solution. Not sure why they are having difficulty, I guess Google has subpar developers.

Basically I can choose to off/on the PIP mode. Now the auto PIP is annoying, not every time I need the PIP. I was listening music from YT and can't work on another tab of chrome. Please fix this...

literally doesnt work. tried with crunchyroll several times and it just doesnt do anything. same with netflix. I dont understand why or how to fix it

Screen Flicker issue

Even after removing the extension from Chrome, Picture-in-Picture is still activating automatically on some sites.

Never works. So frustrating.

Doesn't work for the San Diego cams. I like to look at the penguins while working. Please fix. I used to be able to watch them without an extension

Completely broken for me on YouTube, automatically pulls up a small window that will overlap sound until you click the extension and exit out of the picture in picture mode. Incredibly annoying and it even happens after deleting the extension entirely.

Still miles behind Firefox's built-in PiP. No seek bar or volume control. No double-click to toggle fullscreen. Doesn't work with Hulu. Shoddy product from a lazy and creatively bankrupt company. That's what you get from monopoly.

It doesn't work properly, the video controls don't work at all once you get a video in pip and it only works for YouTube videos from the YouTube website. It doesn't work for embedded YouTube video's on other websites.

It no longer works right with Hulu. I'm not sure what video its playing, but its never the correct video

This extension is literally redundant. Picture in picture is already included with the browser. On YouTube, you have to left click twice.
