GitHub Colab Link

When viewing reviewing Colab Notebooks, or reviewing them in pull requests, this extension adds a button that will open the file (from the source repository) directly in Colab for fast execution, review and updates. New in 1.2: * Added button to direct notebook view (/blob/ URLs) New in 1.1: * Fixed bug preventing extension from triggering on indirect page loads * Fixed bug where previously loaded file would not get a button * Removed Google-specific links (should now work for anyone)
