I cant open the app anymore. Please fix!!!

My saved notes suddenly disappeared, and I can't get them back. The status is now showing OFFLINE as well. Please fix!

Was working on some notes and the extension stopped working right in the middle of writing notes. AND I Cant even open it anymore. I sent them an email have not heard back from them. 06/12/2025 UPDATE: I still have not heard back from them sent 2 emails already.

Extension was running very slow so I removed it and added it back in but I keep getting "Server not responding." message when I try to sign in. I use this extension for work and it has all my templates in it that I did not save prior to removing the extension. Please have this fixed.

Save and Syncing not working.

It used to work just fine, until it crashed and I lost my data. Now it shows me "Server is not responding" if I try to reregister and "Incorrect email or password" if I try to login by key.

having the same issue as others where all notes and all features of the app disappear when the app is expanded. makes this app entirely unusable for my work also when i tried to remove & reinstall it as a troubleshooting step the import didn't even work. will be using an alternative until they fix that.

suddenly it;s not working. when you click the expand it will pop up without the notes that is saved and it has a different appearance and nothing works

Complete trash, doesnt save notes even if you use email. you write something and open laptop the next day only for everything to disappear. very annoying.

Does not seem to even have an "undo" command. You have to reopen it if you go to another app. If you accidentally paste over or delete you're done for.

It doesnt save and I keep losing stuff which is terrifying and annoying.

Am I stupid or what? I can't find any way to delete notes. Going back to LEAF or Google KEEP.

It deleted multiple different slides that I had notes on for school and I wasn't able to recover them. Lot's of bug issues with the software as well, definitely recommend a different note taking extension for your Chrome browser.

This is a good app but too much buggy - i mean when i click to open it worse loading time takes more than 5 minutes. Sometimes '' LOADING PLEASE WIAT'' . then after 30min nothing...waste of my time to try that. Also, there is huge issue with login and register.

LOST MY NOTES AND NO SUPPORT!! WHERE ARE THE NOTES STORED????? Hello I need to know where the notes are stored. I have a back up of my older computer but when I restored my new computer with the old back up, it didnt transfer the notes. I was using it as an unregistered user. Do not rely on this app. Lost some important notes that were definitely saved.

I'm like the previous user - lost all my notes. Really unimpressed!

Relied on this for all my notes, then suddenly stopped working. Totally useless if I can't access the notes. The creator is not responsive. DO NOT USE, YOU'LL BE SORRY!

Added and saved notes, but they disappeared. Recovery didn't show any history. Deleting it.

BS. LOST MY NOTES AND WILL LOSE YOURS TOO. JUST USE THE ONE ON DESKTOP.

Really frustrating how you save something but it all gets deleted the next time you open it. THis has happened a number of times and once it killed me as a had a long list of customers there for work and they all got deleted. Very unreliable.

It USED to be so good Then this sh*tty update came and asked if I wanted to use the unregistered version or registered one. Since I have been using the unregistered version for a nearly a YEAR on the same device, I chose the unregistered option And for SOME REASON, it just RANDOMLY DECIDED TO SCREW OVER MY NOTES and I was left with a blank slate. It really is a shame since it was one of my favourite extensions, I'm uninstalling it today since my data is as good as gone now.

I would give this add on a 5 start - however time and time and time again it keeps going offline and I have about had my fill of it. If it stayed online GREAT - but it doesn't. I have important stuff on my notepad I need immediate access to but this offline annoyance means I am no looking for something else to use instead. I came back and reduced it to 1 star.

After using it for the 3rd time, after writing 3 notes, it crashed and I can't open it again. It doesn't work and I can't even open it anymore.

It started out okay but then I lost all of my notes. I tried to recover them; they were nowhere to be found. Made my writing 100 times worse!

I have gone from loving it to hating it. This ext has been my favorite, nothing better for my needs. Until last night. Something happened, it froze. After spending hours changing passwords doing this, doing that. The end result is that years of precious notes are gone!!! This is a freaking disaster !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't usually get so pissed, but my work in researching many things is gone. I would not recommend this extension at all, unless I get assistance from the author. I have not yet fully recovered from the research note loss that I experienced in Aug 2022! However, I have been using an Ext called, "Fast Notepad" that I would recommend over this "notebook-online' It is not perfect but I find that as I understand its little nuances it gets better and better. I'm not going to pick it apart, lets just say once that once I semi-mastered the creation of notes and the order in which that was supposed to happen, my happiness with it keeps increasing. At least it opens when I want it too.

I loved this app for my notes I could store for my work. It was so simple and easy to use, and then I guess the server went down for it and there was no foreseeable fix in the future. I would love to have the notepad back functioning like it did.

It keeps deleting your notes even though you saved it. It's so annoying.

Not saving the notes. Now I lose my job. Very sad and disappointing.

Not sure what is going on, it isn't working. I can't click anything on the screen, the side panel covers half the text that i pasted, Now when i even try to use it, my computer starts running the fan like crazy, so it is overheating my laptop??? And i have a freaking gaming laptop that no game so far has been able to overheat in this way?? Something is seriously wrong with this add-on.

It was unclear on how to even oped the note pad, it was just an options screen.

one star because what is the point of having a account if i cant save my note? all my list was lost. what a shame.
