Story Saver

I can't download highlighted stories. Stories can only be downloaded when they're recent within the 24-hour period. I guess once that period passes, even if highlighted, they can't be downloaded.

A half star at best. I loaded the extension and there are no instructions or no buttons /options on a right click to save a Facebook story. How is this supposed to work? I can't find and answer or instructions. I'm ready to remove this from Chrome.

File name is a mess it used to do USERNAME-DATE-TIME now its just a bunch of random numbers? Please fix it

The pop up with "rate that app" popped today twice in 20 minutes, blocking my browser, while I wasn't using the extension. Don't do that, please.

I hadn't even used it but it kept blocking the every webpage and froze every time until I reviewed it. I hate being bullied. Stop that and I'll change my review. NO BULLYING!!! Why do you think there are so many reviews show every day? They interrupt your web use until you rate them. Story Saver, be nice and people will be nice to you.

Malicious extension. I got a JavaScript-injected SweetAlert in instagram. Removing the extension immediately and encouraging everyone to do the same.

This 1 star is to remind that the next time you want to show something like "The bug you reported to me via email has been fixed.", at least state something about your extension, what it is, which issue you were talking about etc. because I haven't sumitted any bug report via email and I didn't know who you are. Will update this review later once you have sorted the confusing notification.

Currently the extension is at v2.9.18 (update 3/24/2025) and it's producing this suspicious alert window! The website zework.com doesn't come up, just keeps "loading" with blank page. Hours later I see more complaints here and no response from the developer. The alert is sure SCARY. I scared me and I'm a computer expert. This would worry almost anyone as I'm sure 99.99% of users didn't submit any email complaint. Has the extension been compromised by some bad actor? Without any feedback I would recommend disabling it right now as this is pretty worrisome. I will change my star rating from 1 to 4 as soon as this is addressed by the developer. Previous comment: Thanks for your work. It is appreciated. However today, after I restarted my browsers, (Edge) suddenly had this strange popup when just going to facebook.com, and after checking I traced it to this Story Saver. So on one computer, the popup finally went away when I clicked OK. But the other computer, the box just grays out and stays on the screen! It's nice to let people know you fixed it but please mention the name of the extension that was fixed if you are going to do this and make sure it disappears. It's a big alarming to people when they don't know if their browser has been hijacked or what's going on...

1 star till it is working again , google we need new one or remove this one for good bcuz they made it stop working to go to some other sites, fix it or we all report you and hope everyone give it one star till they fix it again
