Simply click on a phone number in any application and the TeleVoIPs extension will automatically place a call. Along with click-to-call, the TeleVoIPs extension offers CRM integration via screen pops. Simply choose an application you want to integrate with and when a call comes in the extension will automatically look up any and all records tied to that specific phone number.
