Doesn't work? Added some shortcuts and can't make it popup anywhere

I see a lot of reviews stating the same probem. Most of the time, it just doesn't work! Sometimes, you have to remove the trigger the ADD again, Save, refresh and MAYBE it works. Then, the next time you go to use it, it just doesn't work at all. You have to go back into the extension and mess around with it. Come on! Either fix this thing and show your ability or just take it off of the net completely.

it is not working!!

I have created a few shortcuts for my work. I have added and saved them all. For example -no should type as <noise>. I tried using it. Though the desired output appears after typing the shortcut, it does not stay there. I mean, after I typed no, I saw <noise>, and then it was showing no. Please tell me what should I do so that I get the desired output to stay there. The stars are just for drawing attention. Ignore it currently.

Triggers 2 texts... Seriously?

I simply doesn't work. In the change log Version 3.0.1 it says that I have to click on the icon if I want to use it on a website, but clicking on the extension icon only opens the extension page in a new tab and after that the shortcuts still don't work. Please help how I can start to use it. Thanks

disgusting to use

You can't use this to fill google form because it will error and send wrong value. ex. You press 1 for long sentence when you look at google form it just show 1, not the values setup

Doesn't work in GDocs. Already tried saving the shortcut, closing and opening Chrome.... It just doens't work outside the exptension.

why i cannot use, i ald set the shortcut but it does not come out

I wanted to use it with Outlook webmail which I'm forced to use for work and I couldn't get it to work. However, it did work for Gmail which I did as a test. Unfortunately, Outlook webmail is the app I really need it for. It also doesn't work with Google Docs. But, Google Docs already has something you can use already so no big deal.

Absolute garbage. When it actually works, it inserts the text in duplicate or triplicate nullifying the time saved by using it in the first place. No support on site. Hard to find instructions ot troubleshooting. I am just going to pay for the version that works because this is ridiculous.

I cannot get it to work on anything

I tried to use this extension on several different platforms: word, email, and calendar. It worked once on calendar but on nothing else. I've looked at the reviews for guidance but still nothing luck. It's a great concept just doesn't work as I thought.

Didnt work on Opera browser. I have tried it with Google docs and several other services.

Doesnt work on anyhing but the test box in the settings menu. !add @add add nothing

Great concept, but not working for me after many tries and tweaking context.

Currently the actions are duplicating when used. Please fix. This is taking more time to correct than it would be to type it out.

Damn! Your extension cost me my project! I had a gig for data entry where I was suppose to submit forms (Form was on WooCommerce), as soon as I hit submit on the form the template disappeared and shortcut keys were showing there instead of the template!

I've Installed this extension and it just will not work in Chrome. I've Uninstalled and Reinstalled it several times and it just will not work properly for me.

This WAS a great program and WAS very helpful. Doesn't work anymore and types in double the text.

It is not working. Everytime I try to enable it by pressing in the logo it redirects me to the extensions page.

This was working great for so long. Now it doesn't work at all. No matter what I do, it won't work correctly. I guess I have to try and find a different program now.

The icon on the bookmarks bar is BLACK, which means you can't see it when it downloads. Also, it NEVER works. I thought this extension would be the replacement to the other auto text expanders, but it ONLY works on the website where creation is being done. It doesn't work anywhere else. As a physician, I use text expansion constantly, but this is frustrating because it worked just fine before. Now its useless. Thanks.

You have to enable it manually on every web site you intend to use it on, and refreshing the page meant you had to manually re-enable it. I need it for work and this just makes it impossible to use. There are other auto text expanders that remain active on every website by default. Use one of those instead of this one.

Doesn't seem to work in either Google Docs or Keep pages in Chrome (though does work in Sheets and other non-Google-App web pages). I use Keep and Docs daily though, so this was a dealbreaker for me.

if using on livechat at google chat It will unable proceed while you enter you shortkey then he will show the word you want but will changed back to the shortkey in few seconds

It works SOMETIMES. I literally have to input it twice, sometimes thrice for it to work properly and show up. It's quite annoying because I do double check to see if it worked and at first it shows that appears on my screen but then come to find out later that my shortcut did not in fact work.
