Azure DevOps - Link Jira issue

For use in Azure DevOps + Jira with Git integration stack. When Jira is linked with Git, it is possible to navigate from an issue to a Pull Request with ease. However, from Azure DevOps, there is no quick link back to the linked Jira issue. This extension adds links to the pull request list and detail pages to allow quick navigation back to the issue. Updated: v1.0.2 - Fixed memory leak and added other performance optimisations.
