RavenDB link extension

RavenDB Studio only supports parsing of document links in the form '[collection]/[number]-[nodename]' (forward slash separation). This extension extends the pattern to the form '[collection]-[number]-[nodename]' (dash and forward slash). When a document is edited, a listener is observing the displayed part of the document for links and injects them as HTML link on the page (see screenshot).
