I don't know how to turn it on it...
Color is also inverted in street view, making it unusable.
No, it just does not.
Most lazy extension ever. Virtually no work was done.
Doesn't work when using Google Maps as a desktop app
Trash. Captivates map and snaps back to original position it was enabled at. CANNOT MOVE MAP!
Please allow access to *google.ca/*..
It works but instead of making the map black, makes it a dark pink/crimson/burgundy color.
Kinda works. I was clueless what to do once installed. assumed to press the toolbar button and it would work but it only opened up a menu, if i click on the dark mode text, it just goes to this extension information page. only later i realized there was the dark google icon within the page next to the user icon (i didn't noticed it before, maybe i needed to restart browser?). so when that is clicked, then it changes the maps to dark mode. unfortunately the information side bar is still light mode, but i have another dark mode extension that works on that... suggestions: 1. have the instructions of how to use on extension information page, or a dialog box of how to use from the menu. 2. have the extension work on the information side bar as well. on a related note. if anyone knows a better extension, please share. thanks!
This extension only works with Google Maps at www.google.com. For some countries, the Google Maps URL is www.google.com.**, which will cause the extension to fail.
Simple color invert theme but is effective never the less. Something is better than nothing. I'm blinded every time I'm moving between tabs and am suddenly hit by the blinding bright. I'd prefer something more refined and from Google themselves.
What it does is simply inverting the colour of the "canvas".
