Fulcrum set page title

Set's the tab's title the currently opened Fulcrum app when viewing records or editing it. This should make having multiple apps open at once much easier to navigate. If the data takes a while to load, the page title will change as soon as the tab loses focus. Once the title is set by the tab losing focus, the extension will remember the app's id and set the page title straight away on future loads. I'm not affiliated with Fulcrum, this app is not an official Fulcrum tool.
