cannot remove the massive search bar in the middle

WARNING: SPY/AD/MALWARE Every time I click on a bookmark another tab opens up for the same website but with a different URL like ainopeiy, browsak, etc. This happened with internet banking websites as well. This extension needs to be banned from the chrome web store.

I spent an hour customizing the panel the way I wanted, and now it just won't launch... This is very bad. What was supposed to save time only wasted it.

Can't find a way to add bookmarks to the page... the import bookmarks option in the settings says 'incorrect format' when i point it to the 'Bookmarks.bak' file in my chrome directory. don't install. terrible web app

This App has great potential but that potential is destroyed by its weaknesses. You have no reasonable documentation or instructions, it is not at all intuitive and I was insulted by having the FAQ page in a language I did not even recognize even though in the settings page I clearly speak English.This App is fristrating at best and useless at worst. If ou have a newer version, there is no way to find out.

Can change ALL DATA ON ANY WEBSSITE! Forces bing as search! Adds tracking and affiliate links to bing! Couldn't figure out how to add a new icon. What a great UX.

I can't find any of the features that are visible in the overview. Just a lot of speed dials and short cuts to things I never use.

Cannot change default search engine from bing!!!

Forced search engine. No option to change the default one away from bing (undisclosed affiliate search?) No option to remove the search bar (useless since the address bar does the search anyway) No option to use the browser default search engine as the start page search engine. Project website not finished (The FAQ section is a place holder). So only installed for less than a minute.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!! I just discovered that they put a bing redirect VIRUS (malware) in their extension! It tooks me 1 hour to discover that.. I uninstalled it right away and the virus is gone.

no sync between devices. gonna replace this addon with something better.

Nifty and functions well, however has serious flaws: - unable to change the search engine / hide search bar - doesn't automatically read websites favicons so you have to set your own icons yourself, or take a "preview" of the bookmarked site - folders in the sidebar are all but useful as it requires maintaining a list of bookmarks separately from those in the browser. -- should just be sync'ed with a folder in browser bookmarks - numerous idiosyncrasies, like the "right/left" sidebar being stuck to the left, the timezones being restricted to a predefined list of 10 - developer website useless, FAQ are all lorem ipsum. Should be published so other developers can fork and fix, at least.

Why would you not give the choice to the user for a search engine is beyond me . Did Microsoft pay you to set the default as Bing?

This has sooo much promise but falls so short. I've spent the whole morning trying to work out how to add my own bookmark to the home page (like I do in Google Chrome). I am now using BRAVE browser chrome based which is why I want this app it literally answers all my needs visually, if only I knew the how. Great looking, really useful, even well thought out; lots of potential but nada instructions. I don't want to have to do a Rubiks Cube and emails to support to work out how to do an app. Oh and yes the Time Zone thingie absolutely sucks. Back to Infinite App. C,mon guys, be professional.

Suddenly all my imported bookmarks vanishes every month. I have to re do all the work again. Can you please look into this glitch. Thank you

Was working fine and all of a sudden it removed all my shortcuts.

I used it for a month and every time I shut down my laptop it will go back to when I haven't decorate it like that its been like that for 5 times and its getting on my nerfs

New installation on new PC w/ Win10. Created folders and added numerous bookmarks, 5 days later everything is gone, folders and even the preinstalled bookmarks! where did they all go?? THIS IS A a potentially unsafe event! Users beware, extension needs to be flagged and perhaps reviewed by the author(s).

Eventually deleted all my bookmarks. What's the point then if it keeps deleting all of them?

Can't just type in straight link I want on start page... have to go rummaging through a 1000 bookmarks!!! Didn't they test this app? When I ask to import a bookmark it opens a desktop folder that has nothing to do with bookmarks.

Redirects your searches every now and then to Bing, cannot be disabled. Setup a patreon or something, don't do this.

Believe me, I love this extension. However, after the december 25th 2021 update, I lost everything. It went back to stock and I lost all of the saved items on the dashboard. I can't remember half of them. If there is any way to bring it back I'd love the help because I love this extension. It's just unfortunate what has happened and I'm on the fence currently.

I just needed a simple homepage where I can add more then 20 icons with links to the tools that I use on everyday basis. Ok, I installed this extensions, saw some icons that have been already there and then tried to add new icon. I was looking for this option more then 5 minutes, then got angry, deleted the extension and got myself the Moment dashboard. Well, I didn't like Moment either, so I thought - uTab just looks better than Moment, with drag-n-drop function, I should go back to installing uTab and this time finally find the option to add new icons, it must be I missed an option to add new icon. So, I removed Moment and installed uTab again. This time I was looking for a mysterious functionality even more than 5 minutes, got angry even more and finally decided to leave my first review on Google Chrome Store. Well, I don't know if functionality to manually add links doesn't really exists or I just have missed this option, but the fact that I was looking for it more than 10 minutes is just enough to give you this honest review. In the process, I also decided to spend 10 more minutes to write this review - you see how angry I am?

this morning when i start utab i had a bed surpprize. all my bookmarks were deleted !!! they had gone withouth any reason.

To me an extensions use should be obvious, no reading required. This one failed.

It doesnt work on the brave browser. it worked yesterday but after i updated it, it got removed and when i try to add it back it says theres an error

Nice product but I hate it. Every other times it hijack the search and conduct it in bing instead of google specified in my settings.

HORRIBLE!!! No instructions. i tried to import bookmarks but it doesn't tell me what format it needs to be in. I create a folder...and no way to add a bookmark tab to that page. This is ridiculous.

They change your searches to bing 1/5 times for income but id reather they just display an ad 1/5 times i open my new tab
